I had an amazing learning experience at Mahayoga School in Delhi. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Course (Yoga TTC) along with a meditation internship, and the knowledge and practical experience I gained have positively transformed both my personal and professional life.
The teachers are highly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to every student's growth. The practical yoga sessions, meditation practices, yogic philosophy, and hands-on guidance made learning simple, engaging, and effective.
One of the most memorable experiences was attending a group Sound Healing session led by Master Ajay Ji using Himalayan Singing Bowls & Gongs. The soothing vibrations helped me feel deeply relaxed, mentally refreshed, and more connected to my inner self. It was a peaceful and rejuvenating experience that helped me release stress and experience a greater sense of inner balance.
