They send my package to an unknown location, it was returned to sender after I could not pick it up in time because of this and then told me they distroyed it after receiving back my order. Never returned my € 40 because it was “not their fault”. Please do not waste your money on this website!

Having issues with them- I ordered my item paid $33 for express shipping between 4-8 days still waiting and it’s in America no where near Australia!
Requested a refund I got a response you will need to wait until you receive your item

This business is a scam. I ordered 3 paintings on January 15 when they promoted a sale and it cost me $60. It is now March and I have not received anything. I contacted the seller and they sent me to contact a logistics company that did not have a working number or answering phone. They sent a fake tracking number. They then asked me to resubmit on email my contact and shipping information. This is very suspicious because I already filled out my information to purchase the items. I believe this is a front for a credit card scraping scam. Change your cards if you gave them information and cancel cards you gave them. It is not a real business and does not operate within the US. I have tried to demand a refund but their email operator keeps trying to get additional personally identifiable information from me instead of refunding.

Update: After leaving a negative Trustpilot review, they refunded my purchase.

I was always a PBN fan, so when I happened upon this company, I was very interested. I found the selections so much more elevated with a very retro French style as well. I was in love with the quality of paints and brushes. The canvas was so smooth. My painting came out exactly as I had hoped for and more. I then gifted it and my cousin was blown away. She asked if I could paint another one for the other walll. Of course. I cannot wait! I ordered the Oysters and Citrus. It’s very vibrant. I’m a huge fan. I need to paint on and keep calm. Thank you

This company SUCKS. I ordered a painting for a Christmas gift for a friend. It is now the end of Febuary and still no painting. In fact they claim that it is still in China. After I have had to reach out several times to see where the hell my painting is- they do nothing to resolve the issue and expect me to keep waiting on it. I asked for a refund and they offered me $5! Not only is that insulting but sooo frustrating. So now I have no painting and lost $40 bucks. And they just stopped responding to my emails all together. Stay away. It is such a headache.

Never again. Unfortunately, I didn't see until too late that the shipment was made from China. It's Temu quality at best. And the prices are very high. This is much better in quality. Very annoying.

Awful, DO NOT ORDER. It's been 43 days and I haven't received anything. Seems like a scam, very upsetting. DO NOT BUY - SHIPS FROM CHINA.

The order I placed with them as to arrive in 5 to 8 days. It is now day 14 and I have received nothing. I have contacted them and have never heard back from them. The paintings were to be a Christmas gift. I tried tracking the parcel but there has no update on the website for the past 3 days. I will never use them again.

I made an order for two painting kits, but I have never received anything. So far they have refused to do anything about it, but tells me that I have to call their supplier.
Very poor service.

It lasted more than 15 days to arrive, but from Maikoo I always had an answer, they are helpful. Besides that, the delivery company at Spain is the worst, was delivered to another place and never got informed.

Took a while to arrive as shipping from China however it did arrive, was a bit hasty to order as hadn’t seen any reviews but thought I would leave one in case anybody else has the same concern. Painting arrived and 23 different shades meaning the picture is extremely detailed! Enjoying painting my pink poker night canvas and looking forward to ordering again!
