I used the service for a discounted first monthly trial, and while I found it helpful - for my purposes I already had email validation in my current workflow.
My card was charged after the trial, but I chose not to continue the subscription. They processed a refund almost immediately, without hesitation, and gave me a really friendly response.
I think it says a lot about their culture when they take care of people in the off-boarding as well.

Scam alert! They’ll steal your card information without your consent. Their verification credits are fake. They’ll send you fake verification emails, but there’s no way to cancel them. They’ll keep charging your card continuously! Don’t sign up or do anything with them!

When you receive check email addresses in .csv you lose the rest of your columns so it's impossible to write personalized emails. The support team do not answer.

I cancelled my subscription in the beginning once i find that their service is not good, even i wrote their support but they never replied and care about it, its been a month.

Now i see in my bank app that are keep requesting to charge 24$ while i don't have active service.

They are totally scam, save yourself/

Google looking website but the way they check for email validity is a joke, and these most certainly keeps a copy of your emails ...

Very laggy website. Some lists are just rejected, some lists duplicating. So much bugs, would not recommend.

Truly the only one that delivers on its promise. My domain's reputation was suffering because my database had mails that no longer existed or were no longer in use, which lowered my reputation since recipients weren't opening them. This service did an excellent job filtering and validating. I've not sent several compaigns and haven't received negative feedback from the mailer.

I tried mails.so and really liked it. It's super easy to use and made my work way more efficient. I recommend it to anyone needing a reliable email service.

What is wrong with the support team? I see no response, just got a package to see if they respond, but no. They don't care.
Will change my review if i see any change in their support systems.
