Only been using Mailshake a few months but can already see the benefit of the system and what it can offer going forward.

Have recently attended a training session which I also found very useful indeed.

Switched from Klenty to Mailshake — Huge Improvement in Deliverability ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was previously using Klenty for cold email outreach, but I was constantly frustrated with poor inbox placement and emails landing in spam. No matter how much I tweaked things, deliverability remained inconsistent, which killed my reply rates.

After switching to Mailshake, the difference has been night and day. My emails are now landing in the inbox far more reliably, and I’m actually seeing conversations start with prospects.

What stands out most:

Excellent Email Deliverability — Mailshake takes deliverability seriously. Between proper warmup, DNS recommendations (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and real-time monitoring, my sender reputation has improved noticeably. I’m getting way better inbox placement than I ever did with Klenty.

Built-in Email Warmup Tool — This has been a game-changer. It automatically warms up my sending accounts with real interactions (opens, replies, marking as not spam), so I don’t have to babysit the process or use a third-party tool. New domains ramp up safely and quickly.

Super Responsive Support — Whenever I’ve had a question — whether about campaign setup, troubleshooting, or optimizing sequences — the team has been incredibly helpful and fast to respond. They genuinely want you to succeed.

Helpful Educational Resources — Mailshake provides excellent guides, their Cold Email Masterclass, and the Cold Email Academy. These resources cover best practices on copywriting, sending cadence, personalization, and deliverability — super valuable for anyone serious about email marketing.

Overall, Mailshake feels like a more mature and reliable platform for cold outreach. If you’re struggling with deliverability like I was on Klenty, I highly recommend giving Mailshake a try. It’s not just another automation tool — it actually helps you send emails that get read.

Mailshake is easy to use. The dashboards are particularly helpful. I can see at a glance which emails are performing best and see who is engaging the most. It's a good window into how effective my communications are.

Campaigns run really smoothly on Mailshake, and I’m genuinely quite happy with the experience so far. Everything is easy to set up and manage, and the whole process feels reliable and hassle-free.

I also want to highlight how friendly and supportive the team is, they’re always quick to respond and really helpful whenever we need assistance or have questions. Overall, it’s been a great experience and has made our outreach work much easier and more efficient.

Mailshake has been very useful for managing outreach in a simple and organized way. One of the biggest advantages for me is being able to run multiple campaigns without feeling limited by contacts, which makes it practical when handling ongoing outreach work. The scheduling calendar is also very convenient and makes campaign planning much easier.

The platform is straightforward to use, list cleaning is helpful, and overall it saves time when managing email sequences.

One limitation I noticed is that attaching files directly inside emails would make certain campaigns more flexible, so that is something I would like to see improved.

Overall, it has been a reliable tool for outbound email campaigns and day-to-day outreach management.

Mailshake has been a huge part of our workflow lately.

Simplicity and Speed: I love how intuitive the interface is. I can go from a CSV list to a live campaign in no time, which is essential when I'm managing tight schedules.

Effective Follow-ups: The automated follow-up sequences are a game-changer. Being able to "set and forget" the second rounds while knowing they’ll stop the moment someone replies makes my job so much easier.

Deliverability: We’ve been seeing great results within our account. The platform’s ability to handle plain-text emails properly really helps us stay out of the spam folder and land directly in the inbox.

Real-time Analytics: I love the clear, visual breakdown of the daily performance. Being able to see exactly how many emails were delivered versus opened or bounced at a glance, makes it so much easier to monitor the pulse of our campaigns.

Tracking Engagement: The ability to track unique clicks and opens in a simple chart helps us understand which templates are resonating best with our leads, allowing us to pivot our strategy based on real data.

I just started using them first month and really happy with results. The automation and free stuff like free leads is great.

I started building cold email campaigns back in 2015 and struggled to get things running successfully, which is why I decided to ask around and eventually found out about MailShake. I apparently just missed their LTD deal back then, but I still decided to give them a shot and, at the time, the prices were low enough to test out for a few months.

I ran various tests for years and had a little success, but I got busy elsewhere and gave up on cold outreach. Flash forward to 2026 and I'm back again, remembering why I chose MailShake in the first place. The competitors are way too expensive for what they offer and I really just needed a way to set up multiple campaigns, clean my lists, warm up email addresses and create the drip campaigns fast.

No need for the other tools, so I cannot speak on those. Maybe down the road. The lead stuff seems like every other product that exists -- using the same pre-build contact list(s), so I don't even bother with it.

However, MailShake's main offering is cold email campaigns, which they rock at. I will continue to stick with them until I have issues or a cheaper/more cost-effective offering that has the same tools (and reliability) shows up.

Communication with Mailshake is excellent, the staff are well trained and understand the product and offerings well. I reached out with a question on Sunday and Ismael replied promptly the next day. Overall the experience is good and we are happy to continue using them as the level of service provided helps small business like ours.

I generally find the service works brilliantly. I have a level of subscription that works for me and opportunities to upgrade in the future.

Recently while dealing with a question about an unrelated matter, Ismael,one of the service team, spotted a potential problem with how I had set up my emails. They highlighted the issue and explained carefully how I could resolve it. Incredible service: spotting issues on my behalf. I’m a very satisfied customer.

One of the best parts of my experience with Mailshake so far is the excellent customer support I've been getting from the company's care team. It's been a tremendous relief knowing that Andrea and Ismael will always respond promptly and conscientiously during business hours. To me, they seem more like good friends than tech support people I don't really know.

The platform has many wonderful features. One of my favorites is Office Hours, held at the same time every week (on Wednesday). It's great to be able to drop in to ask your questions, get feedback and listen/learn from other subscribers.

I did a lot of research before signing up for Mailshake. One major reason I decided on this platform is that it’s feature-rich without being so complicated that I would have too much difficulty using it. So far, I haven’t been disappointed—and I’m looking forward to being able to make even better use of the service during the weeks ahead (I know I haven’t yet taken full advantage of everything I could have).

The only drawback for me has been that looking at the logo triggers my craving for a delicious vanilla milkshake! But I think I’m starting to get over that.

I’ve used Mailshake for campaigns, and the features are genuinely solid, automation, tracking, and sequencing work reliably.
That said, the UI/UX could definitely be smoother; some flows take extra clicks and feel less intuitive than they should.
Overall, it’s powerful once you’re used to it, but a cleaner interface would make daily use much faster.

Simple platform that tracks responses, opens, clicks, etc. Easy to use. Little interaction with support, but it just works so it is not needed.

Mailshake is a great outbound tool, not only for email but also for LinkedIn automation. Everything is easy to set up and pretty straightforward. It is not as sophisticated as some other platforms, but its pricing more than justifies that. Customer support is also very responsive and helpful.

Great software! I can schedule a ton of cold emails, change templates and phrases automatically. They flag emails likely to bounce, list cleaning, easy scheduling. The AI help bot is super useful for when I can’t figure out a setting - makes it so easy. Recommend!!!

We are using mailshake to email colleges for my daughters recruiting. It’s super helpful to see who is opening her messages!
