Stay clear of this company it took over a month to receive my order which do not fit and when trying to contact them for to return my order they ignore all my messages
Excellent experience with Maisonandaurora! Everything from ordering to delivery was smooth and hassle-free. My order arrived quickly, was carefully packaged, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The product looks exactly as described, and the customer service was friendly and responsive. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely order from them again.

We would however like to clarify that we did not refuse your return request. As explained in our email, your request was received outside of our standard 30 day return period. Since you mentioned that you had contacted us earlier without receiving a response, we simply asked if you could provide the original email as proof of earlier contact so we could review the situation fairly for you.

Do not order from this company - stay away!
I wanted to return items as they didn’t fit me, contacted M&A well within the given timeframe and after several ignored messages requesting a returns address they kept responding offering a 50% refund. This amount would be less than receiving a refund on the products I wished to return. They do not operate by the consumer contracts act 2013 so I’d strongly advise not to order from them.

Great experience overall. The set fits true to size and gives really good support during workouts. I also liked that the fabric is not see through, which is always a concern for me. Customer service responded quickly when I had a question. Happy with my purchase.
Kjolen sto overhode ikke tid forventningene. Langt fra det jeg så på nettsiden. Så jeg ville returnere. Heldigvis handlet jeg via klarna, for å returnere var ikke enkelt. Først fikk jeg beskjed om at jeg ikke måtte registere retur/ fryse betalingen i Klarna, da ville alt ta lengre tid… Når jeg fikk svar fikk jeg en masse svada, men hovedsakelig tidløs om redusert pris etc, da jeg avslo det ble det stille. Så hver gang klarna hadde vært i kontakt fikk jeg et nytt tilbud om redusert pris- og opplysninger om hvor dyrt det er å returnere. Jeg sa igjen og igjen at jeg ville returnere koste hva det koste ville. IKKE GJØRHANDLE HOS DISSE. Betal i hvert fall ikke direkte.
Klærne var mye styggere enn på bildene. Stoffkvaliteten var dårlig. Da jeg ville returnere fikk jeg ikke returadresse, men de forsøker å forhindre meg fra å returnere med å tilby rabatt om jeg heller beholder plaggene. Og jeg har sendt enda en mail for å si at jeg vil returnere alle plaggene jeg hadde fått.
Så venter enda på returadresse og lurer på om jeg er blitt lurt...
