I loved my robe, it was soft and super cute. I reached out to customer service and they were so cute in helping me track my package. All other brands are so overpriced

I am honestly got caught on the…

I am honestly got caught on the beautiful ads but in fact the pictures on instagram are stolen from other accounts, the order was never shipped and of course when I wanted the return of money - no answer, but as soon as I reported to PayPal immediately contacted me to close the case. I did not close and win, however the customer service was promising me that if I close the case they will return the money - I did not believe her and I was right. Do not recommend at all.

Scam

Scam. They are erasing my messages and banning me. The quality is very poor, and they are refusing a refund, even though the items are not what I ordered, in terms of size. I am really dissapointed.

Absolutely scam

Absolutely scam.
The product I received is nothing like the picture online.
Quality is TEMU like, absolutely ridiculously bad, with no tags to show that the product is authentic and original.
Also, customer service won't help you with refunds. Paid almost 100€ for a product that is worth 10€ max. They will tell you that the product is up to their standards because the standard seems to be the low minimum and nothing like they actually promise with the pictures. You can find better quality robe from anywhere.

Update: I've contacted the authorities to help with this scam. Hopefully with better results.

Misleading product quality and unfair return policy

**Update:** Following the company’s public response to my review, I contacted them again to try and resolve this directly.

Unfortunately, despite stating they were willing to reassess the situation, their position has not actually changed. They are still unwilling to offer a full refund without requiring me to pay for international return shipping and accept the risk of loss in transit.

Instead, they have repeated their offer of a 50% partial refund if I keep the item.

This reinforces my original concern that the public response was not a genuine attempt to resolve the issue, but rather to appear helpful publicly without offering a fair solution.

As a result, I am continuing with my chargeback through my card provider.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered a robe which was marketed as a high-quality, luxury item. However, the product I received was significantly different from what was shown online. The trim was uneven, seams were poorly finished and visible when worn, and feathers were shedding immediately. Overall, the quality was far below what was advertised.

When I contacted the company, they initially refused a refund and offered only a small partial refund. After further back-and-forth, they agreed to a return — but only if I paid for international shipping to China and accepted full responsibility if the parcel was lost in transit. They also confirmed that no refund would be issued unless the item was successfully received.

When I raised concerns about this, they increased their partial refund offer (eventually to 50%), but only on the condition that I keep the item.

At no point did they offer a fair resolution that did not place the financial risk on me, despite the item not being as described.

I have now had to raise a dispute with my card provider.

Based on this experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution, particularly when it comes to returns and refunds.

The quality described here doesn’t align with our standards, especially following our recent upgrades in materials and production. Concerns like finishing, construction, or shedding are not something we consider acceptable, and they should always be reviewed carefully.

In cases involving international returns, certain conditions around shipping and receipt do apply, but the intention is never to place unfair risk on the customer.

Ho avuto una brutta esperienza anche io, non rispondono alle mail ed il materiale di pessima qualità.
Pensate che la cintura della vestaglia anziche essere in tessuto raso o seta come dovrebbe essere, è un nastro che si acquista nei negozi cinesi!Non imballano nelle scatole ma spediscono vestaglie solo nelle buste postali!

They haven’t shipped my order after 15 days and I’ve tried to contact them several times through email (ignored) and on instagram (they deleted my comment). Do NOT purchase from this company

No Information on My Order for 12 Days and Counting

Placed my order on 12 April and up to this moment (24 April), I still don't have any information on where my parcel is after the notification that the order was processed. The tracking link started showing error 404 and the Customer Care team doesn't provide any update whatsoever apart from saying "we'll check with the carrier". The website says shipping takes 5-6 business days and it's now been 12 days without ANY information.

Once an order has been processed, tracking should remain active and accessible. A broken link or lack of updates isn’t typical, and it’s something that should be followed up properly with the carrier.

Our team does investigate directly when needed, but you should still be kept informed while that’s happening. We understand how a lack of updates can be frustrating.

Shipping timelines refer to transit time once dispatched, while processing times can vary depending on the specific item — this is outlined at the time of purchase.

Scam, the order arrived longer than a Temu order, additionally the quality is very poor, their logo isnt anywhere sewed on the items, its clear these are some sort of dropshipping. I wanted to return my item and they advise that because its from sale I cannot return it, but their whole collection on the website is on sale…

SCAM

SCAM! My order hasn’t been processed for more than a 3 weeks already. Customer support is not responding. I do Not recommend this “brand” which is definitely ships its orders from China (today I found the same robe on Temu 5 times cheaper).

It’s a scam

It’s a scam. Ordered 18 March. Took a month to get the robes. The quality was poor. The items I received did not match what I ordered or what was described on the website. I contacted the customer service and sent photos which they said they sent to their “warehouse and quality inspection team” for a detailed review. Haven’t heard from them since.

Never got a refund!

I feel like they are scammers. My order 2526 has not been processed for almost a month now. When you write them email to info@maisonrobes,com they give you no information, just wait more a little bit please. Now I am tired of waiting and ready to report them to SignalConso or OLAF. They claim to be French brand, but their delivwery is from China.
I have never had such experience with a brand before. I am deeply hurt and dissapointed and feel scammed for money,

Ordered three ’robes’

Ordered three ’robes’, all were very dissappointing in colour and quality. Spent app. 200€. Truly hope the returning process will work out without complications.. We’ll see.
