Recently left a positive review which was in fact promted, but I take it back. This company is clearly experiencing difficulties and is clearly not taking any accountability for the situation. What makes things worse is that for the 6 weeks I have not received my order i have been recieving constant marketing emails encouraging me to buy as if any new order would ever be shipped. I have been in contact with the brand (probably just 1 person) directly and not only have given empty promises on my order being shipped they even encouraged me to sign up for a subscription knowing full well they arent planning on shipping anything. I am fumimg.

I was very happy with my Miss Hammam bundle and it left my skin feeling very nice and clean, it is definitely a good addition to your everything shower. Overall I was very happy with my order after using it and felt my skin feeling much smoother and brighter following the exfoliation and I would be happy to order again.

Everything feels well thought out, from the formulations to the scents and packaging. It’s rare to find a brand that keeps that traditional feel while still making it more modern and aesthetic.
Really happy with my order, I’d definitely recommend.

I placed an order with Maison Zee in November and the experience has been extremely frustrating.
I had to chase multiple times for updates, and most responses were generic with no clear information. In February, I received an email saying the shipment had arrived and that my order would be sent that week. A month later nothing had been dispatched. When I chased again, I was then told they had run out of product, meaning I never received half of my order.
I was promised a refund for the missing items, but over a month later I still haven’t received it. When I contacted them again, I was told to contact my bank instead, which is unacceptable considering they confirmed the refund themselves.
As for the products, the glove is okay, but I personally wouldn’t bother with the cleansing balm.
The brand is clearly very strong on social media and marketing, but unfortunately the customer service and order fulfilment do not match the image they portray.
Very disappointing overall.

I rarely leave negative reviews, and I was especially reluctant to do so as this is a small business. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Like many others, my order was not shipped even after four months, despite me agreeing in advance to a three-month waiting period. After chasing this up myself, I was then told that half of the items I had ordered and waited months for were not even in stock.
I was offered either a partial refund or duplicate items as a replacement, which was not acceptable to me, as I did not need multiple versions of the same product. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but received no response.
I was told a partial refund had been issued, yet I still have not received it. Instead, I have now received only two items from my order, one of which arrived damaged, ripped and half open.
What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and disregard for my preferences. Despite clearly stating I was unhappy with the proposed solution, the company proceeded without my consent and sent part of the order anyway. Their customer service number also does not work, making it impossible to resolve this directly.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience: excessive delays, missing items, damaged products, no clear resolution, and a complete lack of customer care. I was really looking forward to these products, but I am now left with an unusable item, no refund, no compensation, and only replies to specific information like tracking numbers.

Ordered in November -What was supposed to be a gift for my mum turned into months of trying to get a response. After months of waiting patiently for my order I was told via email they were having delays and couldn’t fulfil my order - I was offered two options a refund by credit note (which is against the consumers act) or another product I opted in good faith the credit note which then didn’t work at checkout again I reached out to be told “one second pls” and have since not had any replies - absolutely shocking experience. Where is the customer service? MONTHS had gone by before sending an email and then to continue to hold money which rightfully should come back to me is a disgrace.I have gone through my bank however as it’s outside of the 120days I’m now left seeking legal action and will continue to do so until I either receive a refund or the small claims court can resolve - this is now a matter of principle.

UPDATE…. After they replied to this review I sent a email and they have replied. They stoped my subscription and processed a refund. Still waiting on it but it can take 5 days. They also offered me a product to try for my wait which they didn’t have to and I’ll update if I receive it as it was a nice gesture of goodwill.
Another Update: Received a refund but didn’t receive any free gift they said they would send.
It has been 3 months still haven’t received my order and when you contact them it takes forever for a response or they just stop responding. I’ve emailed and DMed both the same they will say it will be shipped next week and when it comes to it nothing has shipped.
Terrible customer service on Thursday the 25th said to me “Hey Lovely am checking your order details now” now Monday 30th and still no reply I’ve send 3 following messages nothing tho they are posting story’s and posting on their feed being online and not responding, One of the worst customer service I have dealt with just feels like a SCAM
If I would just have had proper updates and responses and not false promises and actually updating me, I wouldn’t have to leave this review. No product Shipped and now need a refund and they haven’t replied to me asking for one.
I would have loved to try these products but they failed every step of the way with their false promises and terrible customer service and no product received. I would not shop here again.
I set up a subscription with them and need that cancelled but they haven’t responded regarding that. I have to keep pushing the date back as I’ve not even had the first order.
I need the subscription cancelled and a full refund!. They say due to shipping delay and products not delivered if that’s the case you should cancel all orders you can not fulfill in the given timeframe, you are just going to have back log after back log. Reading the reviews their people from November still not had their order AVOID this company.
The products look nice on website and straight from Morocco but other than that this is the only good thing I can say about the company.
I hate leaving negative reviews, I never leave reviews but have never had this bad of an experience with a company. I’ve ordered from other small company’s from Morocco and they are always great with their delivery and updates and customer service.
They need to change their customer service and actually getting products to people. If I just had a response to my emails or messages I wouldn’t have wanted a refund or leave this review but that’s just not the case.
Please get back to me regarding this as this seems to be the only way I might get a response

Honestly so awful ordered in Nov and still haven’t received. If I knew beforehand by checking the reviews I would never have ordered. They pretend they’ve sent you emails regarding delays to your order somehow got lost! I was born at night not last night lmao. Genuinely not worth ordering from here ever. I pray for their downfall

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Awful. I made a purchase back in November 2025. I have communicated back and forth with the company and have received nothing but excuses. No reasoning was provided for the delay, i was then sold on another date for the items to arrive, and yet still nothing. Not only is this incredibly disappointing but very unprofessional. I have asked for a refund on many accounts and recieved nothing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a bundle in December and it’s now March and it’s still not arrived. The company initially answered my emails and said it was stuck in customs and then weeks later changed their story and said some of the items were out of stock. They have now stopped responding to my requests for a full refund. They are scammers.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Like many people here I ordered a bundle in December and haven’t received it. I contacted them and they’ve been dragging their heels, eventually telling me last week that they don’t have every item in the order and offered alternatives. I asked for a refund (for the second time) on 12th, still haven’t heard anything. Please please do not buy from this company

I really wish I had checked reviews before buying from this company. I ordered the Miss Hammam bundle on 11/11/25 and have only just received my order - FOUR months later.
I completely understand that this is an independent company and that products are made in Morocco and that orders are made in batches to maintain quality and freshness. The website states delivery may take 4–6 weeks, which I was prepared for. However, four months is completely unacceptable.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication and transparency from the company. If I hadn’t chased them myself, they would never have informed me that there were shipment issues. Even after they eventually received the products, they still didn’t communicate that they were missing items needed to fulfil my bundle. Instead, they stayed silent until I followed up again. All in all, I have chased them five times in this process. With over 20 emails back and forth.
The delay itself is bad enough, but the poor customer service and lack of proactive communication made the entire experience incredibly disappointing and stressful.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you are prepared for extremely long waits and minimal communication.

Took over 5 months to receive my order. A lot of my emails were unanswered. Products are lovely, but won't order again. It would have been nice to have a "compensation" free item as a way of making up for the length of time that they are making their customers wait.
