The entire process was informative, (dare I say easy), and really interesting and Katie was an absolute pleasure to work alongside. She takes a lot of time to really understand what you are trying to achieve and then delivers that vision whilst at the same time making subtle but important changes where needed, to keep you on track. We couldn't be more pleased.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Majestical who surpassed all expectations in creating some short marketing videos for our business. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional, and the results were more than what we expected.

We came to Majestical for some campaign assets, with a small budget and very quick turnaround needed. They worked really quickly and efficiently to create a series of beautiful illustrations which were produced in good time for the start of our campaign. Very easy to work with and feedback was actioned almost in real time which is always a pleasure.

The narrative was understood from the first meeting which made this entire process very very smooth

Janet and I were apprehensive to get in front of the camera but Rachel and Katie put us both at ease straight away. The advice they gave us beforehand was invaluable which helped us get the most out of the experience. The whole experience was professional and lots of fun at the same time. We left exhilarated and excited to see the end results. I wouldn't hesitate to get back in front of the camera.

Sitting in front of a small camera and huge lights was a bit nerve-wracking – for about 5 minutes. What a laugh! The Video Sprint is an intense 60-minute session of videoing whatever you want to say that completely met the brief (a few sentences) we had agreed. With them sitting behind the lights, it meant I couldn’t actually see Katie and Rachel very well and their sometimes calm, sometimes excited disembodied voices going “Just do that again”, “Almost”, “Fabulous” and “That’s a wrap” was very comfortable – I couldn’t see what was (probably) a few eye-rolls when I stuffed up a take for the umpteenth time!

The results are far more than I thought they would be. With a tailored promotional video, the signed-up attendees for my workshops in January 2023 were more than I had for the last three months of 2022! Seriously, this video promotion stuff really works!

I enjoy working Majestical as they make the process so easy and are always full of ideas for new content. Highly recommended, particularly if you want something slightly outside of the box.
