I placed an order on 25 november and i have not received anything. i didnt get a confirmation email, no tracking and no updates. i have tried checking my inbox and spam folders but there,s nothing there. i dont know whats happening with my order and there is no clear way to find out. really poor experience so far and i wouldnt use them again.

Avoid. I ordered goods from this company which never arrived. I messaged several time asking where my delivery was. They kept saying they’d look into it and update me but never did. I have since asked for a refund but I am still waiting for a reply. This order was for an order placed on 2nd October
