Never received the item of an Ipad. Managed to speak to someone once who said they'll ring back. They have ignored all calls and emails. Wouldn't touch them at all. No customer service and couldn't claim back from DPD as they have to put a claim in. DPD said majormobiles have never contacted them.
This item was purchased in November 2024 for a Christmas present and now 5 months later still nothing! Its disgusting!
Update, They never replied to all the emails I've sent and even my calls were never answered. Used the order number with all emails, date of purchase etc but still nothing! Felt like I was totally ripped off

Finding the iPad I wanted at a reasonable price and having it delivered free within the given time.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could. I bought an IPhone 15 and it was showing as in stock. This was about 3-4 weeks ago. I was then contacted a few days later saying it wasn’t in stock and that it would be a 2 week wait. I was fine with this as my current phone still works. 2 weeks went by and then they contacted me saying they aren’t getting the stock and did I want it in another colour. I don’t want it in another colour so I’ve sent 4 emails asking them to cancel by order and refund me. Not had one reply and I tried calling the number on the website and it just rings, no switch board or anything. At this point I am glad I paid on Credit Card and I will have no choice but call mg credit card company.

I ordered a new Samsung mobile phone from Major Mobiles and was seriously impressed with how quickly it arrived – super fast delivery! The phone was exactly as described, brand new and in perfect condition. I’m really pleased with both the item and the service. Great experience all round – would definitely recommend and use again!

everything is fine, only I ordered fast delivery and paid for it, but the goods arrived on time as usual delivery😐

Faulty box, and poor communication.
When I wrote a review on OnBuy, they removed it.
Shocking service!

Purchased 2 iPads, one is faulty, does not charge. Contacted majormobiles by email and their contact form but no reply. It appears that they are only interested in the sale then turn their backs. 2 year warranty isn’t a complete lie.

Easy website to navigate & order i-pad 10. Price excellent & much lower than competitors. Delivery was very quick & secure. Packaging very good. Additionally a US charger & UK adapter supplied without the exorbitant charges so common with other vendors including Apple. What is there not to like? Excellent.
