I performed Umrah with my wife, and Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly. Their transportation was excellent, and their prompt response was highly appreciated.

We had a group of 14 people, and at the last moment our tickets were canceled by the airline. However, the Quest Makkah team quickly contacted the airline and sorted out our problem at the same time. Alhamdulillah, the journey was very smooth. The main thing I liked most was their service. In the beginning, they charged me for an economy hotel, but before the booking they upgraded our hotel to a 4-star hotel, which was quite good. I highly recommend their agent, Hussnain.

Average experience. The price was reasonable but communication before travel could have been better.

I travelled with my husband and close family on an Umrah trip organised by Quest Makkah Tours in late 2025. As a mother, what was supposed to be a blessed journey ended up being extremely distressing.

Because of issues with the return travel they arranged, my two young daughters and I were left at Madinah airport for many hours overnight. One of my children was unwell and on medication, but our messages to the company asking for help went unanswered for long periods. My girls tried to sleep on the hard floor and chairs under cold air‑conditioning while we waited. We were eventually given short‑term access to a lounge, but during a long onward stop in Doha we again received no real support from the agency despite sending updates and photos.

Earlier in the trip, the standard of accommodation and transport was also far below what we had been led to expect. The hotel in Madinah did not match the level we were sold and was difficult for an elderly relative who relies on a wheelchair. The transport felt poorly maintained – at one point we were even helping move heavy luggage through a vehicle window because the door mechanism wasn’t working properly.

After my husband raised our concerns and challenged the way the trip had been handled, the company’s tone became defensive rather than helpful. We have also experienced very worrying behaviour connected to documents we supplied for the booking, including a threatening message containing a copy of a passport image that had only been shared with this company; this is now part of an active police and data‑protection investigation.

Overall, the experience has left us anxious and deeply disappointed, and I would be very cautious about recommending this company to other families.

I travelled with Quest Makkah Tours on a group Umrah package for 14 people in December 2025. We paid for a 5‑star package, but the Madinah hotel was more like 3 star, far from the mosque, and the transport was unsafe (no seatbelts, broken doors).

Because of errors with our return flights, my wife, our two young children and I were stranded for around 12 hours at the airport and I had to pay the agency £700 for “emergency” flights to get us home. They later refunded only £500 and still owe me £200 despite multiple promises and messages.

After I posted an honest review and chased the outstanding £200, I received a WhatsApp death threat against me and my 4 year old daughter that included a photo of my passport, an image I had only ever given to this company for the booking. This is now the subject of an active Metropolitan Police investigation and a data‑breach complaint to the ICO.

Overall, this has been an extremely stressful and frightening experience for my family. Based on what we went through, I would not trust or recommend this company to anyone.

VERY DISSAPOINTED AND MANAGEMENT FAILURE
My Umrah was booked in October 2025 still yet haven't heard or got my final solution /response from them. The manager keeps saying i will get back to you and never does. Now ive had enough and i stopped calling him. KAMRAN raza was the booking agent and his manager share the same ideology. Both have bad vibe in them. My booking request for Umrah wasn't fulfilled and when i rang them from Makkah and Madina they failed me both times. The room i was suppose to get in Makkah was Haram view. Instead they gave me a city view ( not even a partial haram view ) the hotel booking voucher stated city view when they originally booked it. They have taken no responsibility and started blaming the third party company which are based in another country. I still have his text message and its disgusting the way his customer service was. They promised me to fullfill my request at Madina, and again they failed me and did not give me the room we wanted and took no responsibility. My sister received threats from the manager. He forced her to take the review down. My advise there are plenty of other company to book with. ALSO this company do not give u ur hotel voucher until on the day so you dont have time to sort this problem out.
They are clever and deceiving people like this.

Our family experience with Quest Makkah Tours was terrible. We paid for a 5-star package, but they delivered substandard, dirty accommodation and dangerous transport. In Madina, the hotel was a low quality 3 star that was a massive struggle for the elderly members of our group.

​The most shocking part was the total lack of care for the children. Due to the agency's booking errors, part of our family including two toddlers was left stranded at the airport for 12 hours. They had to sleep on the freezing floor and metal chairs under the AC while the company ignored our messages for hours. They even forced my family to pay extra money while they were stranded just to get them on a flight home.

​The "luxury" transport was a joke, the bus had a broken door so we had to lift all our suitcases through the windows ourselves. Since we’ve returned, the company has stopped responding to our emails and WhatsApps, and they are still withholding money. They are dishonest and have no duty of care. Please do not trust them.

CRITICAL UPDATE: This company is now under criminal investigation. After sharing our experience, my son received a death threat against him and my granddaughter, using his private passport details. It is devastating that after failing me as a disabled passenger, they have resorted to such dangerous tactics to silence us. The police have been notified. I am warning all families and elderly pilgrims to stay away for their own safety.

My original review:
I am a wheelchair dependent elderly woman and was part of the group of 14 that was failed by this agency. While the rest of our group was forced to leave for the UK on our return flight, my son and his young family were left stranded at the airport for 12 hours. It was heartbreaking to leave my grandchildren behind.

​The physical hardship I personally faced was unacceptable. We were promised a 5 star experience to ensure my accessibility needs were met, but we were placed in a dirty 3 star hotel with a 15 minute walk to the entrance, which added pressure on my family to take me to the harram by wheelchair with their young children.

​The transport provided was both dangerous and undignified. The bus had a broken rear door, meaning my family had to manually pass 25 heavy suitcases through the passenger windows. Because the boot was inaccessible, my wheelchair had to be stored in the front of the bus, blocking the exit door. Most shockingly, several seats including mine did not have operating seatbelts.

​When my son raised these safety concerns, the company failed to acknowledge their failures and instead sent intimidating messages. They still owe my son £200 and have shown no regard for the safety of elderly or disabled pilgrims.

My first Umrah trip was ten days ago with my husband and child. It was wonderful and well-organized, and the hotel in Mecca was more than amazing. It had a view of the Haram and was very close to everything, including transportation. Thank you so much for this organization, and especially thank you to Mr. Abu Bakr for following up with us from the initial booking until our arrival and departure. It was a truly wonderful trip, and I hope to repeat it as soon as possible.
