No pressure meeting
Very straightforward meeting. The sales representative listened to what we were looking to get from the system and explained in a simple language how it worked. We finished the meeting feeling confident about what we would experience if we decided to go ahead with an installation.

Leonie was an absolute star
Leonie was an absolute star. She was incredibly patient in going through all of my custom requirements, explaining the differences between the various options, panels, batteries, and strategies, and giving honest recommendations for the overall setup.
She was also extremely helpful in adapting the plan in real time, especially given the lack of up-to-date public data about my house and roof. She worked through all the variables with me and came up with a plan that made sense for our specific situation.
I really appreciated the design call and the time, expertise, and flexibility Leonie brought to it. Highly recommended!

No pressurised selling
No pressurised selling. Allowed questions and answered honestly. Assisted in calculations. Provided all relevant information and quick response in providing quotations, leaving option to consider further and arrange a follow-up call or allow notification to discontinue if I preferred.

A very efficient installation
This company helped me select the correct system for my house then took me through step by step the timetable of delivery of the goods, scaffold erection, panel fitting and electrical installation. Everything went according to their plan with astounding efficiency and I am Now benefitting from total electrical self-sufficiency and am selling my surplus electricity to the grid and making a profit.

Absolutely excellent installation experience from the team - Tyrone, Kye, Paul and Sam, plus the apprentice.
The installation team were incredibly polite, tidy and helpful, did a really smart job and explained everything.
Couldn’t recommend the installation team more !

Awful Service
The sales process was helpful, but everything after that went downhill. On every call the team was unprepared, it took weeks to get answers, and they repeatedly came back with options that turned out not to be possible. After an onsite inspection, we had to chase them for a follow-up call three weeks later , only to find they'd made no progress. They then agreed the would "come back with a quote for what they can and what they can't" and then they went silent for another 3 weeks. We even had to chase them for our deposit refund.
They'll claim the job was complicated, but in reality they just kept asking for the same details over and over and did not understand what they where doing despite an onsite inspection. My impression is that unless it's a simple install, they either don't want the business or aren't capable of delivering it but won't admit either. Probably the worst customer service I've experienced. Would not recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience after the initial sales process did not meet your expectations. We do appreciate that there were delays in progressing your enquiry and that you had to chase for updates and your deposit refund however our Accounts Team work part time. We understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly when you were expecting a clear answer following the site visit.
We would, however, like to clarify that our intention was never to ignore your enquiry or avoid progressing the work. We did continue to come back to you as we worked through the details of your property and the options available. Your installation requirements were more complex than a standard solar installation, and we needed to establish what could and could not be delivered appropriately before providing a quotation.
That said, we accept that the process took longer than it should have and that our communication during this period could have been better. We are currently experiencing very high demand across the solar industry, but we appreciate that this should not be an excuse for a customer having to chase for updates.
We are proud to have many hundreds of happy customers and receive numerous five-star reviews, and we are sorry that your experience did not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide. We always aim to be honest with customers about what we can and cannot deliver, rather than proceed with a system that may not be suitable for their property, and we regret that the time taken to reach that position was frustrating for you and wish you very well in the future. The whole team are fantastic
The initial zoom meeting was thorough and helpful. The next step was speaking with an engineer and it became apparent that a visit was needed which was arranged. Communication was excellent throughout the process from when scaffolding would be done and taken down and confirmation of installation dates. The panels etc were installed by Marc Andrews and Neil who worked literally non-stop and were absolutely super. The electrics and EV charger were installed by Kris Landt, assisted by Lauren and Belle and again they were super, just great to talk with and explained everything thoroughly. Both teams made the whole process a pleasure.

Bobbie was most helpful and honest
Bobbie was most helpful and honest. His advice confirmed my thoughts that at my age and in my situation there is no point in replacing my existing panels. Regrettably this means i will not be doing business with you but I would highly recommend your company for their honest assistance.

We have been very impressed with MMHG from the moment we enquired about Solar panels. There was no hard sell, just an explanation of how the process works and how it would benefit us. Communication has been exemplary throughout and any questions we have had have been addressed promptly. The electricians who installed were knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. We cannot recommend highly enough.
