Worst experience ever I been tracking this order for weeks now and says delivered and I never got it. I have a bell camera there was no package by my door and No one rang the bell 3c please 🙏 help I need this order thankyou.

We have looked into this carefully. According to the courier's records, the package was marked as delivered to the address provided, and they have supplied a delivery confirmation photo. Based on this, the courier considers the shipment completed. While we understand this doesn't change how disappointing the situation is for you, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund without additional evidence showing the package was not actually delivered.
We would strongly recommend checking any nearby security cameras or asking neighbors if they may have seen the package after delivery. Filing a police report may also help in these situations. If you are able to obtain any new information or evidence, please share it with our support team, and we will review it.
We're sorry again for the stress this has caused, and we appreciate your understanding.
My scooter come with a broken light and the bsck plastic is broken i reached out to cunfon support and they give me a free replacement and a free phone holder as a gift the process was quick and simple

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. We have motor sensor issues and will not cover the cost. Save yourself the headache and look for a different mfg to buy from you will think me later.

Your purchase was made in 2024, and according to our warranty policy, motor components and sensors are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase. Extended warranty coverage is available at the time of purchase, but was not selected for your order.
When you contacted us about the motor sensor issue, it was already beyond the standard warranty period. We provided options for paid repair and replacement, which you declined. While we understand this may not have been the outcome you hoped for, our policy is applied consistently to all customers, and we cannot offer free repairs outside the warranty terms.
We aim to support every customer fairly. If you would like to revisit the repair options or discuss the matter further, our support team remains available.
