The lady in the Ilford store, Raj was a pleasure!

She was extremely attentive and knowledgeable.

I visited your Southend on Sea, High Street, Branch on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd April and I just wanted to say how very helpful the staff were.  I was looking for a gift for my son’s 21st Birthday and was being overly fussy.  However, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and they were determined to assist. I felt valued and like nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and a great personal service. Thank you, Dave, (the manager, I believe) and the female staff member with short dark hair, whose daughter had just taken her art GCSE (sorry didn't ask her name). They were both fantastic. We will definitely return and 100% recommend.

Visited the Southend on sea branch on Saturday 15/04/23;
We showed interest in Breitling and omega watches and also a lovely one carat diamond ring
The staff there were very helpful and gave good advice on their stock.
We purchased the Omega and the ring and are very pleased with both our acquisitions and the shop staff.
Would highly recommend this shop

Visited the shop in Basildon a couple of times and I’ve always had good customer service excellent job done on the resizing of my rings Helpful on finding a Replace wedding.

Dave and his team at the Southend branch were amazing from start to finish. Dave was very helpful (he even lent me his glasses at one point!) and really took the time to help me choose the correct item I was looking for. After I chose a stunning solitaire diamond ring Dave fast tracked an alteration for me as he knew it was important to have it ASAP and he phoned me straight away when it was ready.
Great customer service like this is unfortunately hard to find these days down the High Street, Dave and his staff were exceptional, I will be using them again and would definitely recommend them.

I rang Mallard Jewellery in Ilford branch as i had chipped my rolex watch I bought from Romford branch a few years ago. I went in straight away I got good advice from Amy and their area manager. Anyway I was due for an upgrade to the diamond face. I was give a couple of weeks to find one but it took a couple of days! Which was great news! I got full value for my old one and got the champagne face with diamonds! Many thanks to Debbie the branch manager and Amy who were very helpful and professional. This is my second watch I bought from Mallard Jewellery I would highly recommend.

Friendly and efficient staff. Sold two rings at the Romford branch yesterday. Problems with new computer system but were very apologetic. Can definitely recommend.

We met with Ellie at the Ilford branch this morning, we were incredibly impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She also made the time to get to know us, so that she could tailor our experience accordingly. Ellie is our new go-to jewellery expert, we will definitely be with her for a lifetime.

Dawn, sales staff member, was so knowledgeable and helpful with our recent purchase of a Rolex. She knows her stuff, could answer every question and was not pretentious in any way to get a sale. The other girls were lovely as well, great staff, Mallards should be proud of them all.

I went into the ilford branch today to get my chained dress belt adjusted. Iv been to a few jewelers, and they all said there was no way for them to adjust it. Went into mallards in ilford and I was greeted by Ellie. She had a look and got that sorted for me in minutes. Excellent service and very reliable!

Amy at the Ilford branch was extremely helpful when I brought in some watches and jewellery for valuation and sale. She advised which items should be sold based on the weight of the gold and also advised how best to sell a high brand watch. Very professional and great Customer Service.

Amazing customer service from Rachel at the Peterborough store.
I was looking for something very particular but not really sure what it was. Rachel was extremely helpful in navigating my way through likes and dislikes to find what could have been the ring. She wasn’t entirely happy that I was completely happy even though I thought I was. How wrong was I! Rachel then came out with the most perfect ring in every way. The size, shape, colour it was perfect and I would not of found this without such amazing service. Thank you so much Rachel- I cannot imagine ever taking this ring off.

I went to Mallards in Ilford (they've recently moved from Cranbrook Road to Ilford High Road) as, due to my new insurance requirements, I needed my 18 year old diamond solitaire engagement ring checked.

I was served by Amy who was incredibly helpful and she took a lot of time to inform me of everything that she thought should be done to give my ring a new lease of life.

Amy suggested that I have the claws re-tipped and also re-rhodium plate my engagement ring. She also recommended that both my engagement ring and wedding ring were cleaned and polished.

Oh my goodness, when the rings were returned to me a few days later it was like they were brand new!

I shall most certainly return and cannot recommend the Ilford branch of Mallards enough.

Absolutely amazing! I wanted to buy myself a pre-loved diamond dress ring and came across Mallards online, I sent an enquiry and received a quick response from Andrea which then prompted a call to the Ilford store about a ring I'd seen.
I travelled up from Kent and was seen by Anne and Ellie who were a pleasure to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I received a great deal on a beautiful ring.
I've never bought pre-loved diamonds before and so glad I went to Mallards, will definitely use them again and have even recommended them to my dad for when he's ready to buy his retirement watch.

Pre owned luxuary watch
Found online but was far away, called shop, member of staff so helpful and inspected watch on our behalf, she said was tvat good looks like new. We had to purchase online so she took it out of window display and marked as sold .
Dispatched next morning .
Arrived,and was even better than I could imagine for a pre owned watch .

I went to Mallard (Ilford) to get a gold signet ring fixed. It was completely bent out of shape but was very sentimental to me. Luckily enough the ring was repaired and came back looking better than ever! I am over the moon with the service I recieved from Debbie and Dawn at Mallard. They were both so lovely and caring :)
