Anti dandruff shampoo is good

If I can give less then 1 star I will be very satisfied with that. I ordered my order on 17th July and I choose priority delivery which was showing i will get my order within 3-5 days that means before 23rd July. But next day after placing the order when I was tracking it shows I will get my order on 28th July which is way too much late. I mailed to customer service they are just keep giving me excuses I already told them clearly I am okay with that priority delivery charges but why i am not getting my delivery on time and they are just making excuses.

I am very very disappointed with their customer service. I am still waiting for my order.

Bad service I had placed an order to my ofc address but the order had came at 8 o clock in the Evng...I was not at the office address at tht point of time and the order was not delivered.so i requested to deliver the next day..but still not yet received my order...poor service next time I won't evn book ..this was my frst order and also done the ful payment ..kindly deliver the order or refund my amount ASAP

There should be small skincare kit under 300 which will be easy to carry and quiet quick to apply for all skin types

Extremely disappointed with Mamaearth's product discontinuation and customer support.

I was a loyal customer and had been using several Mamaearth makeup products regularly, including their foundation, illuminating drops, and lipstick. After finding shades and products that suited my skin perfectly, I became a repeat customer and invested both time and money into the brand.

Unfortunately, these products have now been discontinued, and customers were given no clear communication or suitable alternatives. Finding matching shades and formulations is not easy, especially when you've been using the same products for a long time. Since these products were discontinued, my skin and makeup routine have been negatively affected, and I've had to spend additional money and effort trying to find replacements.

What's even more frustrating is that I have visited the Mamaearth store at Phoenix Mall, Whitefield, more than five times looking for these products. Every single time, I was told they were unavailable or that production had been stopped.

A brand should not encourage customers to become loyal to specific products only to discontinue them without proper planning or customer care. The lack of inventory management, communication, and support reflects very poorly on the company.

I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing in Mamaearth makeup products. If you find a product you love, there is no guarantee it will continue to be available, and when it's discontinued, don't expect much help in finding a replacement.

At this point, our house looks less like a home and more like a mini Mamaearth showroom! From face wash, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, facial kits, sunscreen, night creams, rice water face spray — everything in our house seems to have the Mamaearth logo on it.
Honestly, if you ever plan your next ad shoot, you can just come directly to our house… no need to bring products separately because we already have them all here! 😂

Sunscreen lagaya, feel light hai, smell okay. Lekin koi noticeable result ya glow nahi dikha for long tym. Overall thoda disappointing.

Best sunscreen. It's travel-size and glides onto the skin without leaving white scars.

Hello, I have been using your sunscreen, toner, and face wash for 1 month, but I did not see any results on my skin. Only the moisturizer worked well for me.
As a student from Nepal, these products are quite expensive for me, and I saved money to buy them with high hopes. I feel disappointed because the products did not work as expected. Please guide me or help with a solution. Thank you.

I thought of using mama earth rice toner for the first time but I think I regret buying this toner bc I'm getting pimples on my forehead and cheeks and before using this toner I used to have full clean face no pimples but this toner literally broke me

I would like to suggest to Mamaearth that they should focus more on marketing their products so that more people become aware of them. They should also continue improving the quality of their products to ensure good results for every customer. Their products suit me well, but I have seen many reviews where some people said the products were not good. Therefore, the company should work on making more reliable and effective products suitable for different skin types.

Very poor service. I ordered 2 products under a Buy 1 Get 1 offer, but received only one product while being charged the full amount. One item was cancelled without my knowledge or consent.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like cheating. I also did not receive any proper response from customer care regarding this issue.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this seller.

bad expirince- me and sis used to get many products from mama earth and this time i got a coupon from gpay saying if we buy more than 1000 rps product then refund 1000 rps , while making the payment i applied the coupon code and app also said refund will be there once i recieve the product, now nobody is responding . have a very bad customer service

I am not understanding i recently buyed the sunscreen of vitamin c every time I apply on my face ,eyes start burning, instead of face glow, face look very dull.and tan and black.

They are sending used products. The lipstick I receved had broken seal lipstick smudged around the applicator. They have sent me a product someone has returned. Disgusting.

The product was decent but it made my hairs dry. Not satisfied

The skin cream product need to be improved a lot untill it should give a skin visible smooth and soothing feeling
