I found Manchester EPC on google search engine we chose them because of Shoib's manner and professionalism during the telephone conversation. The whole process of having an EPC was completely new to us so we did not know what to expect. The surveyor arrived on time, was very friendly, explained the process then went about his job in an efficient and professional manner. He was happy to answer my questions and to pass on his considerable knowledge on the EPC.
The pricing was very fair and competitive compared to many others online who only state starting from...
If you are looking for EPC Certification I would happily recommend Manchester EPC to anyone without any hesitation. Thanks for your help..

Hello ManchesterEPC,i would like to thank you for providing me with a EPC, Muhammad carried out the inspection on the 23rd November, he was very punctual and polite he carried out the inspection with professional expertease i would highly reccomend this company if your required to obtain a EPC, everything went smoothly no fuss or anything they came at the time stated which was fantastic no hanging about wondering if there going to show up. Excellent EPC service
Very easy to book an EPC online in advance for a suitable date/time. Arrived during time slot booked and completed efficiently. Receive certificate on payment of invoice. Can’t fault the service provided. Would definitely use again!
