Another fantastic day with Jo-Anne. Every time I come for my paediatric first aid training I have a wonderful day. Jo- Anne is so knowledgeable and also a real laugh!

Nice easy learning environment and Jo-Anne is an excellent teacher and would explain anything that people wanted to know more about

The course was very interesting and learned some new information, rebekah made it fun to learn

The online part of the course prepared us well for the face to face part which was of course practical.
It gave me a chance to try out what i had learned and taught me simple approaches to remembering what to do when doing first aid.

I was dreading my 3 yearly paediatric first aid renewal as it’s usually boring and slightly cringe-inducing (having to shout “hello can you hear me, I’m a first aider” repeatedly). My colleague and I were really impressed with today’s course. The day flew by and was very interesting and helpful. There was no embarrassingly contrived medical role play either! Jo-Ann was brilliant, she is clearly passionate about what she does and explains everything really clearly. She’s extremely warm and funny too. I will definitely be booking again and won’t be dreading it next time!

Yvonne was very informative and she made it easy to understand the course .We had a laugh as well so it was very enjoyable

Brilliant Clare was lovely . I Learned a lot she just explained everything so easy and asked us if we had questions.made me feel at ease.

I have attended a number of first aid courses in the past. I feel that Andrea was the best teacher I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and an excellent teacher.

Today’s experience was exceptional. The explanations were clear and engaging, and I thoroughly enjoyed the learning process. I now feel fully confident in my CPR skills and am prepared to handle any situation that may arise.

Harry was really friendly, gave us lots of information and real life examples of how and when to use first aid, the practical session was also a useful refresher, again Harry was helpful and informative throughout,

Very informative and useful. The presenter (I think his name was Dave) was relatable and clear throughout the training.

I enjoyed the whole day it was very hands on and practical which was very helpful, the things we were trained how to do was just amazing and I am so thankful I now have these skills. Joanne our trainer was amazing, she is lovely and an amazing coach.

It was the best course I have ever attended. Fun, informative and light hearted. Not as intense or just looking at PowerPoints all day.

Karen is a lovely trainer, explained everything thoroughly & we learned a lot!

David was really nice and easy to understand. Demonstrated the different parts very well.

Having done 1st aid refreshers through St John's Ambulance and Red Cross before I was told of this company and due to it being a lot cheaper than the others I gave it a go, I can tell you this one goes into the same things as the other two do and it's a very lighthearted delivery. My tutor was Joanne she knows how to work a crowd and get everyone on side and listening the online course goes through things and can be completed quickly then the day in class goes quick too due to it being good fun on a serious subject. I have already told other people about them and would recommend anyone needing training to contact them you won't regret it.

Karen was a fantastic first aid trainer explained and demonstrated everything perfect.
