This is a fraudulent “company” that does not intend on fulfilling the order. I ordered over a month ago and have still not received the product - I have written to them and they keep suggesting it is on the way. They are refusing to cancel the order and refund me. Fraudulent company with terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY

Ordered and took three weeks and no contact until I questioned the length of time before it’s arrived. It was supposed to be two necklaces I received one. No reply to where tf is the other one. Really shitty £15 necklace. Not from USA as stated but guess who? China !!!! Think they have ripped of other companies photos of jewellery. AVOID

Ordered a pearl necklace there after I saw an instagram add. Delivery took ages, had to contact costumer service to receive any tracking information. Then I received a strange fishing call from India with someone pretending to be from PayPal and trying to get me to transfer money, which I think might be related to my order. Finally, the necklace has arrived and looks like absolute garbage. Plasticky, badly crafted and so tight it barely fits around my neck (I am a slim person and have a normal neck). Certainty not as displayed in pictures and certainly not worth the money. Would never order there again.

I ordered 2 pieces on March 15 th. It's now April 4 th and iv recieved NOTHING !

Order hasn’t arrived and all my emails have been ignored. My last one didn’t even go through so they’ve either blocked me or deleted their help email. All the positive reviews on here are clearly fake. Scam.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I made an order of two items on Jan 2. It took about 12 days for the first item to arrive. Now five weeks later I still have not received the second item. I have had to chase it up twice on Facebook Messenger as they did not respond to emails. They admitted that they basically forgot to send it so have had to put it through as a new order. This will now likely take another 12 days, by which time I will be going on the trip that I was supposed to wear it on. They are so far refusing to refund the £5.99 delivery I initially paid, saying they are incurring a further delivery cost by having to send the second item separately. Yet that's due to their own mistake! What's more is the first item I received arrived rather unceremoniously in a cheap plastic wrapper as if it came straight from a mass factory, when the brand pretends to be premium with its beautiful website and social media channels. Do not shop at this brand!

Where’s my order? I paid for three items and you have only sent two! I have been emailing constantly since Christmas and NOTHING. Sort it out or I will get my bank on to you.

I never write reviews but I feel it’s important to warn the consumer. Their customer service was awful, my order came around a month after it was scheduled to arrive. Then after 3 wears my necklace snapped. The company is an absolute scam!

No communication from the seller. I’ve been told the item was dispatched a week ago but yodel still don’t have the item.

Really really poor service… the initial order took two months to be delivered, coming all the way from China. Their shopify has very little tracking info so I had to reach out to the customer service department to find out when it was meant to arrive. They only responded after I sent three emails and said it would arrive the following week… it didn’t arrive for another 5 weeks.
Then when I tried to return the item, it took another few attempts to get a response only after saying that I would revoke the payment through my bank if I didn’t hear back from them. They then made ME pay for the return shipping and didn’t refund me the original shipping costs. Waste of time and money, avoid this brand at all costs

Shipped from a warehouse in China and came in the smallest mailer I have ever seen. The necklace I ordered was in a ziploc baggie. There was no mention of Manjaras anywhere and the packaging was clearly as cheap as they could to make the most profit from the sale. I'm only giving two stars since the necklace looked like the picture, however I cannot attest to the quality since the packaging indicates that it's probably very cheap. Disappointed I spend $40 including shipping for this packaging and quality. It looks pretty though, but I'm sure it will tarnish or break quickly.

Avoid! This is a drop shipping website. Really annoying I paid good money for what looked like good quality pieces from their website. Turned up crappy quality, wrapped in plastic from China. Probably bought in bulk off Ali Express or Temu. Deceptive marketing practices.

Do not purchase from this website. They are dropshipping. You can find their exact pieces sold on Shein for a few dollars. Do not be deceived or ripped off. This is an unethical business with a false “about” story.

They’re a drop ship company who make you think you’re buying premium jewellery at a great discount ($20 a piece approx) and then when I got the chains, they were worse than the worst I’ve ever come across. They came in cheap plastic wrapping from China. I had to spend 13$ to return it to a PO Box in UK. Only giving them 2 stars coz they refunded the money.
