As a first time buyer, buying on my own, the house buying and mortgage experience seemed very daunting at first. Thomas Hawley, my advisor, explained to me each part of the process, making it much easier and less stressful. He has been extremely helpful, subsequently leading to a mortgage offer. I would definitely use MAB again if needed. Giles took all the hassle out of finding a mortgage, and I received an offer from my first application. If I had any questions Giles would reply immediately and answered every question I had. Laura was really helpful in the later stages of my application, tying up any lose ends and resolving any issues that I had. Thank you both.
