Very slow delivery, thought it would never come

Service is very good at Manny's - there is a nice relaxed feel and its always busy, but someone quickly comes to find out what you need and they are friendly, knowledgeable and efficeint.

So easy to deal with. I bought a fender acoustasonic and turns out to be defective. With out any hassle, they replace the unit.

Overall delivery time was good and products as expected.
The packing used far too much plastic and unnecessary for a drum stick bag and sticks.
Could have been done with cardboard.

l ordered a product online from their store but their delivery time is really slow. It is 8 days now and the keyboard is still not here.

Mannys was a great experience for many reasons. Firstly, they have a wide selection of keyboards for me to try. The staff knew about the products. I ended up purchasing the wrong keyboard for our home and with the 30 day exchange policy I was able to bring it straight back and choose a more suitable keyboard. My final choice was then posted directly to my home. Couldn't have made keyboard choosing better.

Trust is apparently a one-way street. I pay $3000 up front for a Korg keyboard, trusting it will turn up, which it did. But, they won't send a new leg up to replace a faulty one before I send the faulty one back - keyboard doesn't balance very well on three legs. So, I pay for another leg, get it, send the other one back then have to get a refund. That's not good customer service, it's saying, "sorry mate, we don't trust you". Well, i don't like you customer service!
