Like others, I paid a €0.95 fee for what looked like a photocopy of an old manual booklet which never arrived. A week later they tried to take €150 for a subscription I never signed up to. I suspect that the 5* reviews on this site are not real. Avoid.

The Manual I received is just what I wanted. On initially contacting Manualsguru I failed to get a response. Also the EMail I sent was rejected. I assume there were some communication issues because as soon as my response was noted, The Manual I requested was dispatched and comms since is all good. Very glad I persevered.

Ich habe eine Beienungsanleitung für einen Laptop in deutsch gesucht und angeblich bei manualsguru gefunden.Ich habe mit meiner Visakarte0,95€ gezahlt. Die Bedienungsanleitung war dann nicht in deutsch. Ich habe das moniert. Keine Reaktion, dann habe ich eine Abbuchung von meiner Visakarte über 149,99€ gesehen.Ich habe sofort eine Mail geschrieben an manualsguru, an Visa und habe zusätzlich meine Karte sperren lassen, um weitere Abbuchungen zu verhindern.Von der sogenannten Firma erfolgte natürlich keine Reaktion. Bei Visa prüfen sie alles, was allerdings sehr lange dauert.Es handelt sich eindeutig um einen Betrügerverein und ich kann nur hoffen, dass keine weiteren Menschen darauf reinfallen.Das Beste wäre allerdings, dass man beim Kauf eines Gerätes, was auch immer, eine vernünftige lesbare Bedienungsanleitung mit bekommt, dann wäre man auf solche Betrüger nicht angewiesen.

Compré un manual por 0`95 céntimos, que por supuesto no llegó. A los pocos días me hicieron un cargo de 149`99 euros. Son unos ladrones digitales de la red. Lo triste es que después de tantas denuncias en la policía, no los condenen y por supuesto le cierren el dominio inmediatamente. Además, está información tendría que llegar a los bancos para bloquear todos los cargos que intentaran.

ESTAFA CON MAYÚSCULAS. Si se trata de una subscripción, por qué no lo ponen bien claro? Cuando algo está camuflado en "términos y condiciones" es porque la idea es pillar a cuanto más "gente normal" sin más, mejor. De cada uno que cae ingenuamente con la idea de comprar un manual por 0,90 (que para más inri) no envían se pueden ir lucrando. Ahhh bueno, después de varios contactos me dicen que me devuelven los 0,90. Revisaré con ansia mi cuenta bancaria a ver si llega. Pero los 149,99 esos no llegarán. GRAN ESTAFA!!!

Abofalle!!! Ich habe zufällig auf einem Kontoauszug die Belastung von 149,99 Euro bemerkt.Die Suche auf einer Suchmaschine ergab, dass bereits viele von dieser Abofalle betroffen sind. Das angebotene "Probeabo" für 0,95 Euro habe ich erst nach der unberechtigten Abbuchung erhalten, aber nicht genutzt.Ich habe eine sofortige Kündigung und Rückerstattung verlangt.

Please be cautious when using this website. I was charged a £123.00 subscription charge a week after using the website to obtain a manual. I had already paid a charge for this manual. This £123.00 charge is NOT made clear when I requested the initial manual. I have requested a refund and wait to see if sucessful.

Ich benötigte eine Bedienungsanleitung für das Internet-Radio Blaupunkt IR 20. Daraufhin wurde mir die Rechnung über 0,95 Euro übermittelt, die ich mit Visacard bezahlt habe. Nur meine Bedienungsanleitung konnte ich nicht runter laden, es kam immer nur die Rechnung. Das war am 07.07.2026. Auf meine Anfrage am 09.07.2026 bekam ich am 15.07.einen Link zum runterladen meiner Anleitung. Am 16.07.2026 sind mir laut Konto 149,99 € für einen Kaufumsatz vom 16.07.2026 in Rechnung gestellt worden, wo ich nicht weiß wofür. Ich habe nichts gekauft. Ich erkenne hier Betrug. Bitte helfen Sie mir.^
Nachdem ich die Anleitung runtergeladen hatte komme ich mit den mir gegebenen Zugangsdaten nicht mehr in das Konto rein, Zugangsdaten sind falsch. Ich finde das sehr seltsam. Da sie meine VISA Daten haben können sie immer behaupten ich habe etwas gekauft. Die Dokumente sind ausgedruckt. Kann sie jederzeit vorlegen.

ho richiesto il manuale in lingua italiana e mi è stato inviato in lingua inglese, che io non conosco, in più sono due volte che il Vos sito cerca di farsi accreditare 150 euro dalla mia carta; quanti manuali avrei scaricato con quella cifra??

They did find the manual eventually, but it did take just over a week and they did not provide any feedback or answer my queries as to where is the manual.
They also signed me up for, and charged me for a subscription which I did not want. I now have to cancel the subscription and get my subscription fee re-imbursed. I think it is best to avoid this company

In fase di ricerca ti dicono che hanno trovato il manuale che cerchi, ti fanno anche credere di avere una copia in PDF successivamente scaricabile, ti fanno completare una procedura di pagamento di un euro circa senza specificare che poi partirà un abbonamento bimestrale molto esoso. Ci stanno giorni per mandarti una risposta alla richiesta e per giunta dicendo che il manuale ricercato non lo hanno trovato e mandando una manuale alternativo assolutamente inutile! Io cercavo per il montaggio di una porta e mi è arrivato quello per un box doccia!! Poi ti arriva l'addebito dell'abbonamento, 149€ per 2 mesi, sul sito scrivono che si può chiedere il rimborso entro 30 giorni in caso di insoddisfazione ma se mandi un'email per richiederlo ti rispondono che nei termini e condizioni era comunicato il prezzo dell'abbonamento.
Continuando a scrivergli per chiedere il rimborso fortunatamente alla fine hanno cancellato la fattura.

Für 95Cent schließt man ein sogenanntes Testabo ab, was dann nach 7 Tagen in ein ABO für 149,99€ umgewandelt wird. Auf der Eingabe Maske kann man nach einem Geräte Handbuch suchen wo ein Suchbalken erscheint, der angeblich nach dem Handbuch sucht und es auch findet. Danach kommt eine Info, das man 95 Cent zahlen soll und seine Email Adresse angeben soll, damit das Handbuch auch zu gestellt werden kann. Man bezahlt natürlich mit seiner Kreditkarte. In Wirklichkeit schließt man aber mit den 95 Cent ein sogenanntes Test ABO ab, was man aber nicht bemerkt.
Manualsguru belastet dann nach 7 Tagen dein Kreditkartenkonto mit 149,99€.
Also Vorsicht!!!
Wenn man auf die Homepage von manualsguru ist und ganz nach hinten scrollt, da steht dann unter "die Vorteile unseres Premium Dienstes" wie manualsguru vorgeht. Man kann übrigens ein Fake Geräte Name eingeben, in der Datenbank von manualsguru wird das Handbuch immer gefunden. Das Portal ist auf Betrug angelegt. Ich bin übrigens darauf reingefallen. Habe einen Anwalt eingeschaltet.

2. The "Apple i-Phone" manual they eventually produced was exactly what I could access myself through my Apple Account. So they have not added to my store of information.

This manual is for the previous model again and not for this years Model. Citroen do not do Deisel in this years model and the dash is completely different plus a lot of other differences.
