If it were possible to give a negative star I would. I was horrified that a subscription account had been created without my knowledge. I fully endorse other negative one star reviews and urge TrustPilot to reinvestigate this matter otherwise TrustPilot’s own reputation will suffer.

Having purchased a second hand item I was looking to find a users manual for it. Manualshelp were able to find and provide it for me once I had provided additional information within 2 weeks.

Should have NO STARS - this is my review from 12/10/20 removed by Trustpilot because manualshelp.com 'don't believe I've had a genuine experience with them'

Also trading as 'instructionsfinder'.Charged 95p for manual they could not supply then took £49.95 from my account as 'monthly subscription'. They promised to refund me - made lots of excuses for several months then just ignored me! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!"
Not only have they stolen over £50 from me - now I'm accused of lying - and Trustpilot take their side!!!!!!!!

Service was prompt and the manual was emailed and arrived when promised and was most helpful

Paid what I thought was 95p for them to search for a manual, and expecting to pay for one when found. 20 odd pages of photograph copies, not photocopies of a manual which did not say was for my sewing machine were emailed. Someone had stood and photographed a manual and the pictures were mostly unreadable and not of use to me. My bank statement said they'd charged me £24.95 for the privilege, and now I had a bi-monthly subscription for this amount. I contacted the company and subscription was cancelled and
UPDATE - A refund of the fee of £24.95 was promised and received. So easy with this Company to miss the small print, and end up with an expensive subscription,which would have been of no use to me. Therefore, I CANNOT RECOMMEND, and WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN.
FURTHER UPDATE I have now been contacted by Trustpilot to prove that my review is genuine since Manualshelp.com do not believe I have had a genuine experience with their Company. I can assure you that I've definitely had this experience and would not choose to repeat !

Hi vary good service took 2 days to get my manual

Very quick response to my request. Able to find the nearest to my requirement when the product came with a very inadequate document only three sheets with some text missing

I was rather sceptical about the service, and when I got the 1st manual I wasn’t satisfied and I complained about it, and the thought that it might not hear from them, but they continued researching and investigating unti I got what I wanted and I am very satisfied now and they resolved the problem.

Ordered a User Manual for the Hangar 9 - Carbon Cub 15cc ARF radio-controlled aircraft on Saturday having scoured the internet without success and hey-presto got an email from Manualshelp.com Monday morning with the link.
Brilliant service and great value for money!

Would give zero stars if I could. Really wish I'd read the reviews before I bought. I paid 95p for a manual that isn't even correct and then they've proceeded to charge me £11.95 per month since. Absolute scam company, thieving b*stards.

I was originally pleased that they gave me a pdf of the manual I needed for 95p but this is just bait to get your credit card details and they then make further charges in my case £24.95.
Other people here say they make a regular charge so clearly a SCAM. They also appear to trade as InstructionsFinder with similar reviews.
I will be reversing the charge and reporting them to my credit card company and consider a report of fraud to the police.
Additional information. I complained to the company and threatened to use my credit card company to reverse the transaction. They refunded my money but then as I said to them if they did not do that I would use my credit card company I don't think that is much to credit them with.
What they explained is that there is small print somewhere which explains that you are actually taking out a subscription. If there is then it needs to be prominent and any activity which leads to possible multiple payments should be very clearly highlighted so my general view of the company is unchanged and I repeat other reviewers have had the same experience.
I would have obtained screen shots to show what warnings are given but I note the my account is suspended telling me I need to contact admin.
I have already spent too much time with this company so I am not going to bother.

I was looking for a manual for old Elica S70 kitchen hood.
This website "found" it for me and offered to send it for below one pound. This looked suspicious, as I've been unable to find the manual anywhere on the net. I checked through trustpilot and significant number of reviews indicated it can be scam
Tried the website again for non-existent Erclica SW70 - and website found it for me again!
Clearly a scam

I needed a manual to work washer/dryer, I just needed the name and model number of the machine.
I was able to look up for information on the Internet, I paid 0.98pence to get a download of the manual.
I received the manual the next day.

It advertised the MANUAL. I only received the engine not the complete tractor

After trawling through many different sites to try to find SOME kind of guidance/instruction & looking on the internet was glad that stumbled across this site, it has many other manuals available for different models of smartphone which is good to know for future reference. I would recommend the site to anyone in the same situation.

The manual was identified and delivered to my mail box the next day. Great service !!

I am sorry but this is not what i require. The pace 500 i am asking for is a satellite receiver It is a very old unit so maybe you cannot supply a manual
