This company debited my credit card with £61.31 but failed to provide a manual for my new Panasonic television. Have nothing to do with this company.

Das gewünschte Handbuch kam nie an. Dank meinem Kreditkartenunternehmen wurde die Zahlung nicht ausgeführt und die aktuelle Kreditkarte sofort gesperrt, damit kein Missbrauch stattfinden kann.
Manualsmate ist als Abzocke im Internet bekannt, also Vorsicht

Beware this company. I ordered a manual for a small fee which they said was available. They didn't in fact have it and a few days later my bank rang me to say they had tried to deduct 59.80 subscription fee which I hadn't authorised. I didn't even get the manual I was asking for. Evil positively evil. I have reported them to trading standards.

Das ist ein absolutes Verbrecherunternehmen, ich habe eine Anleitung gesucht, gefunden und bestellt, kostete 95Cent, voll in Ordnung und schwupps 69 Euro abgebucht, 2 Monatsbeitrag, was ein Drecksverein.
Absolute Verbrecher und Betrüger, niemals wieder.

It is only 1 because there is no zero. THIS IS A BAIT SCAM. Try entering a search for a fake product that doesn't exist. The page will still claim to have "found the manual"! They will also try to sign you up a "subscription service" without telling you, and try to charge you after your initial purchase.

Unmöglich! Leider musste auch ich Lehrgeld bezahlen. Abo war nicht erkennbar, Anleitung nie erhalten! Fingervweg, sehr unseriös.
Update: die Firma will mir culanterweise das Geld zurückzahlen. Wenn das funktioniert, hab ich Gück gehabt. Empfehlung gibt es trotzdem nicht

Absolute Scam, did not supply me with the correct Data sheet, and even after I cancelled my subscription, they continued to charge me at the full rate. A lot of stress and emails to cancel correctly.

Looking for a user manual for my new 3 phase smart meter. The maker's website was useless so I trawled the web. Came up with this company and entered the details to be told they had located it and would cost 82p. The fact the price was quoted in Euros although the website gives a UK address should have rung alarm bells but I proceeded. I had to open an account and sign in but afterwards I became suspicious and checked on here (which I should have done first!) to see my suspicions were correct. There is nothing on the website to state that I was entering into a subscription service until I looked more fully into the terms and conditions and even then it wasn't totally clear. I immediately cancelled my subscription and received an email to confirm cancellation but I will keep checking my bank to make sure no further money is taken. Today I received 'their idea' of the user manual which just turned out to be the product fact sheet which I could have printed myself from the maker's website. As much good to me as a posterior emission in a thunderstorm!

After a long search for the instuction manual for my Flash gun I found Manualsmate.
They supplied the correct manual as a download which I found easy to print off a copy.

Abzocke, Abzocke, Abzocke, Wie stoppt man diese Betrugsmasche? Wer schützt uns vor diesen ABO-Fallenstellern? Was die machen, ist hinterlistiger Betrug. Meine Reaktion : Karte sperren, sofort kündigen, widersprechen und Geld zurückfordern, hart bleiben- auch bei evtl. Androhungen. Kreditinstitut informieren.

Sono un'altra malcapitata che ha fatto un acquisto di euro 0,95 ritrovandosi un addebito di euro di 69,95, mensili per un abbonamento automatico mai volontariamente sottoscritto!!!! Dopo mie diverse e mail di contestazione, mi hanno comunque risposto testualmente:
"dopo aver esaminato la sua richiesta, abbiamo deciso di emettere un rimborso per il suo acquisto e di annullare l'abbonamento in corso in buona fede.
I fondi sono stati restituiti alla stessa carta utilizzata per l'acquisto originale", ma in merito non mi hanno fornito alcun documento amministrativo ufficiale, e anzi in aggiunta, circa l'accredito del rimborso, aggiungono sibillinamente :"Si noti che, a seconda della banca o dell'istituto di credito, l'operazione richiede solitamente 24 ore, ma in alcuni casi può richiedere diversi giorni, per essere visualizzata sull'estratto conto"! Come dire, aspetta e spera... Ma mi/vi domando come mai che di fronte a casi così evidenti di scorrettezza, come quelli qui ampiamente riportati con nomi e indirizzi nessuno si è mai preso la briga di fare pulizia "postale"? Vedo infatti che questa "trappola algoritmica" va avanti da da annii, senza che, incredibilmente, se ne sia accorta nessuna delle plurime autorità preposte a tutela dei consumatori, e addirittura finanziate proprio dalle loro (dei consumatori) tasse....

I also ordered a radio manual in June for 80p they sent the wrong model download..emailed them and they did not reply....tried to telephone them on numerous occasions ...no answer. NOW I HAVE FOUND THEY HAVE TAKEN £59.33.FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT....the website does not mention other charges i.e. registration fees......contacted my bank today for action....DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.... ITS A FRAUD

Wish I'd never looked at their website. Have been charged £ 59 for a month and have now been told it's a payment EVERY month.
Thankfully my bank is refunding

This company is a scam! Not only did I not receive the Manual that they said they had... They also prceeded to ROB 69 Euro from my card. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL
