Auch ich habe eine Bedienungsanleitung für 0,95 € bestellt und diese nicht erhalten. Dafür hatte ich nach 7 Tagen aber eine Abbuchung von 149,99 € auf meinem Konto.
Hier muss man eben sagen, dass ein Lesen der allg. Geschäftsbedingungen hier sehr nützlich gewesen wäre. Aber wer macht das schon bei 0,95 €.
Da ich aber den (ungewollten) Vertrag innerhalb der Frist schriftlich gekündigt hatte, wurden die Beträge wieder zurück überwiesen.
Deshalb gibt es 2 Sterne.

I fell for this Manualsmate scam a year ago. They were taking c £60 a month then. I see it has risen to c£130.
With so many reviews exposing them as Scammers how are they still in business??!!
Anyway, Learnt my lesson the hard way. Before giving my bank details to any Company online, I will first check them out on Trustpilot.

Taken pending payment 131.15 without my authority....sent email this morning

Want reassurance it will not go through my bank..no subscription....no authority..

Since only 15 mins after a phone call I managed successfully to speak and it looks like an automatic subscriptions..all sorted no money will be taken , very actually nice customer services at the end. They have an Uk phone no.to discuss.

Complete SCAM. DON'T touch them.
You won't get your manual but they will take the payment, and then a few days later they'll take another larger payment, by which time you may have forgotten about the first bad experience,

I thought I was paying 99p for manual for mobility scooter. Didn't get manual and they automatically signed me up for a subscription and tried to take £133.84 from my bank. Fortunately my bank blocked payment. Disgrace.......

I recently purchased a help manual from this company for 89P little did I know that they were going to try and get £133.00 or so out of my bank. The first time "yesterday " I didn't have enough funds, then tried again today but I think it's blocked now, be very wary .

Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Ich habe Bedienungsanleitung gebucht, Geld wurde von meinem Konto abgebucht. Auf die Bedienungsanleituing warte ich heute noch. Auf Anfrage nach London (Sitz der Firma) keine Antwort.
Um sicher zu gehen, dass nicht noch weitere Geldbeträge von meinem Kreditkarten Konto abgebucht werden, habe ich meine Karte gesperrt

I registered for less than £1 but was then charged £129 pounds shortly after. Luckily my card provider blocked payment and cancelled any further payments. I immediately unsubscribed to the service. A couple of days after unsubscribing the requested manual appeared I'm my email

It's a scam! Ordered a manual for a steam cleaner for 98p I went to link to download but nothing there! A short while later they withdrew another £128! And they tried again a month later but my credit card issuer stopped it. AVOID AVOID! AVOID!

Paid 85p to look at a manual I couldn’t get to immediately then a week later billed £130 for a subscription.

Scam company. I paid 95p for them to find me a manual and they could not find one online and provided me one from a model number near to mine. I had already seen this.
They then charged me £130 subscription. I have had to cancel this to avoid any further charges.

Absolutely DISGUSTED!! I was trying to fix my washing machine and couldn’t find my manual, so looked online. It appeared to me that it would cost less than a pound to download. Then I looked at my banking and they have taken £130.40. I emailed them and they referred me to their terms and conditions!! What an absolute SCAM!!!!

These people have billed me for a £133. for a camera manual. That I’ve not even downloaded as I would not pay a £133.00 for a manual that’s why I’ve not downloaded it Im going to have to contact the bank to dispute it as fraud theses people play on people anc it disgust me that they take advantage. Don't use this company they are not kosher. They took 130.40 from my account for a phantom subscription after failing to send the online manual that I paid 83p for. They have not replied to my online request to unsubscribe and I have had to write to head office. Eventually, after an appointment with a Santander bank manager and multiple online conversation the fraudulent charge has been reversed and the company blocked. They may, however, according to the bank, make a charge against the account in another name inttwo months time. Stressful experience at 84.
