At first, everything looks fine, fast deposits, decent game selection, and a clean interface. But the moment you try to withdraw, the real problems start.

I requested a withdrawal of €30. The confirmation email and transaction history clearly show €30. What did I actually receive? 30 USDT, which is only around €25. That is a direct loss of money with no transparency or explanation.

When I contacted support, they simply told me everything was correct. Their TRXID shows a transaction of 30 USDT. First the customer support say this was a fee, then they apologise and say it must be my payment provider. Which is just not correct. No clarification, no accountability, no effort to resolve the issue. Just a standard response and case closed.

This is extremely misleading. If you withdraw in EUR, you expect to receive the same value, not less due to unclear conversions that are not communicated anywhere.

On top of that: No visible license → major red flag

My advice: stay away from this casino. If you value your money, do not deposit here.

I really don’t think they payout.
Waiting since 24feb and customer service keeps saying the same thing, “they escaleted it” “ you will get an e-mail soon” but i don’t think they know anything. This has been super stressfull and I have never had this with a casino before.
