I placed an order for two pairs of pants. I was immediately advised that my credit card had been declined so I resubmitted the order and kept an eye on my email to see if I received multiple order confirmations. I only received one confirmation. Two days later, my credit card company advised me that there have been two charges on my card. I contacted the company and after a couple of back and forth communications was advised they would do nothing. I haven't yet received my product but I'm wondering if I get both orders. And then I'm wondering what the quality will be of whatever I do receive.
I suppose I must accept some responsibility for not having checked the reviews of the company before I made the purchase. I wish I didn't have to order everything through big box stores but crap like this makes me doubt that small companies can be trusted.

Ordered large size but it seems like small.

I placed an order in the amount of $69.64 on Sept. 13, 2026, and I have not yet received the order. I emailed the company, and they keep giving me the run-around asking me to check with all of my neighbors. Today I checked with our Post Office, and they strongly suspect a scam. I do not recommend doing business with Manzaset.

After about a month I receive the 3 pair of pants that I ordered. I received an e-mail stating that there was a slight delay in receiving my package. When I received the pants they were not the size I ordered, weren’t stretchy, and nothing like they showed in the advertisement. I ordered some bratops before the pants and found out the same e-mail was used for both orders. They are just as bad as the pants. I have no way to contact the company because there was no paperwork & my order form that I kept in my e-mail is gone. So I just lost $96.00.

Slow shipping. Articles were to be 2XL. Size delivered were not 2XL.
Product was supposed to be leak proof: quality so poor I didn't attempt that.
To return, they wanted copy of shipping label...who keeps that?

I ordered 3 pair of women's stretch straight cut pants : pants came 2 sizes smaller - pants did not stretch - very thin material - Manzaset would not respond to my attempts to contact them regarding their horrible product ... You should be ashamed of yourselves for swindling honest people

Trousers arrived without any size or care labels but were tiny and far too small. Measured them as 4 inches too small.

Support refused to accept their mistake despite photo evidence and only offered a small partial refund or expensive returns at my expense.

Would not recommend anyone deal with this company unless they want to throw away their money on useless rubbish

I ordered a 6 pack of men’s underwear, size large. It took about 2 weeks for delivery. The product was labeled large and trying on a pair, they were small, not large. I contacted customer support and they said I got what I ordered. Trying to exchange or get a refund is big problem. They offered 10% refund on a $59 order or exchange for $30 fee. I was given an address in Vietnam where I could send for exchange. (Costly)
Credit card company notified and waiting for response.

Company didn't furnish a tracking number. After a long wait, we asked about the delay and the response was " Here is the tracking number, it was delivered long ago and you have to take It up with USPS."
USPS said it had been too long ago to complain now.
It NEVER arrived, no product ever came, they received our money, too bad, so sad. Don't deal with these people!

Sizing total wrong, refuse refund or return.
Offer me to pay 20 dollars, will send another size or 10% refund.
Paid 60 bucks for 2 pairs no good to me. Granddaughter size 2, too small for her.
Total scam.

I received pants that were marked 3XL which were supposed to be 44 waist and 32 inseam. They actually measured 40 waist and 29 inseam. They refused to make it right offering me a 10% offer on a future order. So dissatisfied! I had even sent them photos showing the discrepancy even and they simply responded that they shipped the correct size.

Wish I had read previous reviews prior to ordering. Same experience: wrong size, labels cut off, round and round with customer service. They said I had to pay return shipping. Finally accepted 25% refund. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Total scam... the pants didn't come close to fitting, despite their so-called sizing chart. When I tried to return them, they told me that the only time they will refund a purchase is if it arrives damaged. That's after they had me send them photos of the pants and shipping label so they could see that they weren't damaged. So I have two brand-new pairs of pants that are too tight and too long... I may lose weight, but I'm probably not going to get tall enough to wear them! Don't waste your time and money on this company.

I haven't received my order but my concern is I used PayPal to pay and their in nothing in my PayPal account saying they paid. However the amount is deducted in my bank account. Not sure how they got my bank account info. Now I'm worried. And I am sure when and if I receive my order they will be too small and short. Thought I was ordering from Boulder CO but shipping is from overseas somewhere. I dont know how I can dispute the charge since I did order them but used PayPal.

Frustrated that the company hid that they were not shipping from US. I would never order intentionally from a company shipping from China. It's been 5 weeks now and the pants I ordered have not arrived. From other reading, it appears that the damn pants will likely be sized wrongly. Very unhappy. UPDATE - The 40w x 34L pants I ordered came in at 34W x 32L. They wanted me to return to China at my expense.... and wait another month or two I opened a dispute with my credit card company and it was settled in my favor... so all i wasted was time... but I'm stuck with 2 air of useless pants that will be going to goodwill

This company is better described as a scam. Pants ordered arrived in the wrong size. Customer service is non existent. You may as well throw your money in the garbage.

RUN...DON'T WALK... Husband bought 4 pairs of their work pants (37 x 32)..Pants finally arrive (shipped from Trevose, PA??) Pants are barely 34 x 32. Sems are barely hanging on, guzzet is overstitched and no way would a Man wear these as they would rub him to the moon and back. Customer service is a joke, offered 10% then 20% then 30% and I can donate them?? OR send them back to VIETNAM which they know is not an option. Sent picture as the requested of the measurements with a clothing ruler again as requested and they still say they are 37" pants and the seams are good too. Do even entertain looking at the pants. And to boot the pockets are the same in the front and the back (slanted) Weird!

Please dont waste your money. Poor quality, terrible customer service. In my case they sent me the wrong size. They will send you wrong size then theg will claim right size was sent. i ended it up losing my money. It is a total scam. Please dont trust them

Awful, got the pants wrong size, poor communication. I sent them back
After a month reach out to either get the right set of pants or refund. They say no, not getting anything because I did not follow their rules. The said to send pictures, I sent the pants on my dime…….

Pants were 10 inches too small at the waist. Manzaset offered me a discount on future orders. No refund.
