Not what I order. Cheap material, imitation of suede when in the description it is clearly said high quality suede. The dress I received have this very light cheap polyester materiel with a print of suede. Don’t order from this site. Scam

Scam, Scam, Scam. Do Not Order from this Company. I ordered 4 pairs of size 9 shoes. They arrived, bad quality and wrong sizes. Two pairs are 42 and when I sent them email they said in some countries 9 is equivalent to 42 🙄
I said I would like to return them and still waiting for their response.

Cheap crap arrived. When I requested a refund, I was offered 15% off to keep it, as otherwise I would have to ship to Asia. I declined and was offered 30% off to keep it. I declined and said I would ship it back. Don't let "maple" or "Vancouver" fool you, it's cheap Chinese crap. Certainly not stretchy or comfortable as advertised.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SIZE AND COLOUR WAS WAY OFF AND THE MATERIAL VERY THIN AND CHEAP. IF YOU WANT A REFUND YOU HAVE TO SEND IT TO ASIA. EMAILED COMPANY TWICE AND NO RESPONSE.

I ordered a shirt which when it arrived, looked nothing like the shirt in their ad photo. I contacted them to return it and get a refund. I was offered 30% off next purchase, which I advised them wasnt going to happen. Since then they haven't replied to my many emails to return this item. I feel soiled by my experience. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Scam . Store is in Asia . Used the name North & Vale . Family store Claimed they were going out of business . Never received merchandise. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they ruled against me . Total total scam.

The company responded to my bank when I complained about the charges of 2 items. All fraud. No emails to me as they attested. No items ever received. No photos of items delivered. They provided a photo of a map of my neighborhood. I am out $108.00.

This is a scam company and all advertising is misleading. Buy with great caution.

These items are not Canadian made.
Sizes too small, quality terrible.
If you want to return items they must be shipped to China at your own expense .
They offered a 15% refund to keep items , then 30% refund. No thanks. I don't think I could give these away.

I ordered two pairs of women’s linen pants recently. The pants have 0 percent of linen in them, the fabric of the pants delivered, is cheap polyester. The sizing is also off. I ordered a large as I wanted a roomy pant. These were more like a small size. They also have a policy of not paying for returns. I will be returning them and hopefully get my money back. I do not recommend this company.

This company operates under the name of style Montreal as well. I have attempted to receive my product, and the answers are vague and misleading. I thought that this was a Montreal based company as they depicted a picture of a storefront in their ads. This is all very deceptive.

I have never dealt with a company worthy of less respect than this one

What cheap material these shoes they sent me & 1 pair of shoes didn’t were too loose & the other pair I didn’t even order 🤬🤬

DONT BUY FROM MAPLE BOUTIQUE- It is a scam fraud. All 4 items that I ordered ….thinking they were a legit company - we’re not worth $10. The knitted cardigan - was a stamp of knit - printed on cheap polyester - the shacket is ordered - again stamped on polyester - not warm enough even for the south. The orthopaedic Selena shoes…omg - terrible no arch support and very cheap. Yes I thought I was smarter … when I asked Jessica -who always seems to be the only one to reply - must be a huge customer service - I asked to return the shoes - she said oh yes we have a return policy - you pay - it will cost you $40+ to ship back to China …and she said probably not worth it for you!! Really really!! I paid $69 - sale …was I wrong … and shopify supports them … wow better do some fact checking … I thought I did …not well enough … Maple Boutique- you are a scam and fraud!!

This company is a complete waste of money & time! The material is garbage! Their craftsmanship is also garbage! The shoes I ordered came in a cheap baggie, no different than Temu! They have defects in the material, namely circles in the so called leather the size of a golf ball!! The sizing is horrible as well. Smaller then a real size 8. So they are too small, defected, & they won't take them back!!! I've been fighting with their so called customer service agents for months!!! First it was "I can offer you 15% back & you can keep the item," then the next
day, "I can offer you 30% off." Then later in the day "I can offer you 50% off" I have demanded my money back, to now be offer 15%, then 30%, & it just keeps going around & around!!! Do not waste your money, time, or common sense! They are scammers!

The shoes did not ship from Canada. This is not a Canadian company and the quality of the product is a 1 out of 5. I had a feeling that I was not getting what I hoped and the product is even worse than I imagined. Do not buy from this company. This is not a Montreal company. The people on the website are not real. The products are crap - a word I rarely use. Buyer beware.

It took 3 weeks to get here. When arrived, much to big and poor quality. Not really a Canadian company. Now they will make it impossible to return. They say I have to send to Asia warehouse. At my expense. Of course that will be more than cost of item. Wish I had read reviews before buying item.

The products are substandard worth about 20-30 each IF EVEN. They have poor materials. Dress had loose threads, shoe bottoms are plastic, very thin leather or not leather at all. Do not order from the company. They have exhorbant rates for return shipping to CHINA. I have a dispute in with my credit company as I tried to cancel prior to 24 hours. The company refused to honor and shipped items anyways 3 weeks later.
STAY AWAY...SO YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED AND A COSTLY WASTEFUL EXPERIENCE. I would like to give 0 stars for customer service and misrepresentation.

This is nothing short of pure fraud or scheme to rid people of their hard earned money. And to think Shopify allowed this is nothing short of carelessness, lack of expertise and monitoring to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction on their platform.
I saw the add on social media but opted to follow a safe route seeing they are on Shopify which made me think they are a legit business in Canada only for me to order and received nothing close to what i ordered as a MOTHER's Day gift to my wife. I immediately contacted Shopify and has not gotten a response till date and i actually just did again after one Jessica, Willam and Taylor had each offered 30%, 40% and 50% refund while I keep the order. According to them, I am going to have to send it back to their warehouse in China to get a full refund which according to them and as confirmed by me from the Postal service is not really worth it spending $50 for an item of $87.
They are fully a fraud based individuals using marketing strategies to get people's hard earned money.
