Just go to GP or private service
I used this service as I’m not registered with a GP and have a mole that needed assessing urgently due to changes. £60 later, the results were- “recommend going to your GP”. A pointless middleman service.

We have tried to reach you several times. If a report states you need a further review, this is because the lesion has features of concern and likely needs a biopsy. If you would like to speak with the team, please get in touch.

5 stars - an innovative, great service. Easy to use, well priced, rapid turn around, the reports are detailed and name the doctor at the bottom. I would recommend spending 10-15 minutes practising taking photos with the dermatoscope with your phone before using on the app to ensure you get the best quality photos for submission.

Cancer
My daughter died from cancer and it was from a mole. So, I’m paranoid. I have one which I had looked at and it was suggested I get it mapped. The result came back the same day. Perfect. I would definitely use the company again
