Une fois réceptionné il manque un sac sur les deux et celui reçu et de mauvaise qualité …

Warning to anyone whos considering buying their bags! They have no warranty or policies for any faulty products it’s shocking for such expensive products 😱

In my case I bought two very expensive totes, the black one faded in weeks and they can do nothing.

Placed my order on 9/18 and received an email about a shipping delay on 9/21. After reading the reviews, I was a bit concerned about not receiving my tote anytime soon . Fast forward to 9/26 and I received my bag. It’s a bit strange because I did not receive a tracking number at all…it just appeared lol.

UPDATE: I received the tracking number two days after my order was delivered.

Bought the tote bag in black and after two weeks it’s faded. Awful and it was £195 and the customer service team ignore you!!!

Where should we begin? I bought a purse at Marc Jacobs boutique store in Canada. The salesperson was extremely nice. However, at the end of the transaction, he did mention something like you have 30 days to exchange or return. He didn’t say “there is no refund”. I don’t remember if he mentioned “store credit” part or not. It was partially my fault not to read the fine print on the receipt. So, the next day, I went back to the store and wanted to return the purse because I got a denim version instead on their website. I wanted a good denim purse for so long. The same salesperson said there wouldn’t be any direct refund. It will only be store credit as it is company policy. I was shocked as I was not under any impression that it was store credit only. I was frustrated as this is my first time experiencing something like this in a fashion house boutique. For anyone who wants to buy their purses at the boutique store, please re-consider. I ended up canceling my online order too. Don’t want to support this brand whatsoever.

A real scam company!

I ordered a bag from them a month ago. After that I read all this reviews and change my mind, so I emailed them and requested my money back. They answered me that they should do a refund to my account which would take 7-15 work days. I have still not receieved my money, and tried to email them. But, the email does not exists anymore!! So dont’t order anything from them, they are scam!!

Wanted £350 bag for daughters 16th & as a well done for doing well in her GCSE's .
Web site said 3/5 days delivery on completion of payment received email saying will be dispatched in 10 days air freight I was assuming it'd be dispatched from UK but apparently not.
Waiting 11 days asking for tracking number & was told item still being processed... so asked for a refund..then told can't have refund as now its a few days later its now being shipped..
Asked again for tracking number and was told delays with processing again asked for refund..

Back & forward over 3wks asking for bag or refund had to get Barclays to step in ... awsome 3 days and money back..

Be warned ⚠️ very bad reviews for a reason.. maybe buy in high street shop if this brand is a must don't use there online .com

Have now given cash to daughter Hope she opts for a different brand a trustworthy brand..

The metallic parts in the shoulder strap in my bag has been worn down and it is not possible to buy new metallic parts for an otherwise good bag. Shame on you, Marc Jacobs, for forcing people to throw away bags that could still be used! It is not environmentally friendly. You have a bigger responsibility than this.

Trying to take money off my card n I don't even like tote bags.. 208 dollars they didn't get it cause my card stay lock

I ordered the Tote bag, was very happy that I received it in 3 business days via the international order, but the shock was that the bag has ”MOLD” on it. This is the first time ever I have such an experience. I am editing my review because after contacting customer service by email they sent me a replacement bag in 2 weeks. I just sent them a picture of the bag by email and they sent a replacement right away.

This is not a Marc Jacobs outlet, I bought a bag and received 2 pairs of cheap "designer sunglasses" instead. When I tried to send them back (at my own cost) they kept asking that I keep the sunglasses and they will refund me $30, after much emailing I said I would accept a $110 refund and they said that they would process that, and I have never seen the refund despite constant emailing. I have reported them to scamwatch, but please don't waste your money buying from these people. It isn't an Australian company but a scam company.

Don’t buy a bag from them my bag is turning brown cost $210 and they refused to refund or send me another bag just pathetic don’t waste your money . Definitely will not get another penny from me ..

I purchased a Marc Jacobs bag 2 years and 1 month ago. If I could attach photos of what it looks like I would! With OCCASIONAL ware, the gold has rubbed off the front logo, the clasps from the strap are pretty much black and all scratched from the metal rubbing on metal ! I would have expected this kind of "wear" from a primark bag, not Marc Jacobs. I contacted My Bag exactly 2 years and not a full month after purchase, sent all photos and was told I am out of the 2 year warranty and they can't do anything. If you would like to know where the warranty period information is provided, good luck! Apparently its in the box with the order - not true and according to customer service its available in the product information on the website. Interesting as I have been asking for proof of this for the past few months and am being ignored.. so yeah. Don't buy this bag for £300 if you expect to have it for a few good and don't expect customer service to answer your questions! Will never order again from Marc Jacobs and certainly not from MY BAG!!!!

It is many fake marc Jacobs website on the internet. I order from one of them and get 2 baseballcaps instead of the 4bags I ordered.
They want me to pay shipping fee for return.

Do not buy the canvas black tote bag! I purchased from selfridges for my wife and the colour has faded ! An expensive waste of money!

I was always statisfied until i ordered this year from marc jacobs. My order number is: GE4006734090US . But now im waiting for my order so long, it has a delay and its not shipped yet! Im so disappointed! Please make more improvements marc jacobs!!

Ordered a necklace which arrived on time and no flaws in product quality. Despite the price for the item and the cost of P&P (£113.00), it was rather shocking that a prestigious brand shipped this the way it came to me - it arrived in a clear plastic zip-lock bag.

After seeing the other reviews I realise I have been lucky, but if you do decide to purchase from their US site, be aware that it will likely not arrive presentable. While I appreciate my order was at the lower end of the pricing scale for the brand, I don't believe it should have hindered the products presentation.

I have emailed their customer service, but I think it will likely be something I'll have to correct myself as I can't gift this Jewellery piece in the state it came in.
