The swimming brief is not as elastic as the brief, that's why it's a little bit tight

Received the undies but they smelled very plasticky. Product is great but did not like the smell in the underwear. i emailed the support but never heard back so that is a dissapointment or poor storage at their facilities

My original order was lost or delivered to the wrong person by the USPS and when I contacted Marco Marco and explained the situation they immediately sent another swimsuit to me. Today it arrived and I am very very happy with the swimsuit and the amazing customer service. They didn’t have to send me another suit because of a mistake made by the Post Office but they did! Very happy with them!

There was a construction malfunction so I emailed the company and they sent me one free of charge that was allegedly good. I receive the package and it’s in my wrong size. Not happy

Ordered these for my boyfriend to wear to Kylie Minogue at NYC Pride Island this year, and they looked phenomenal and fit beautifully! (Everyone loved playing with the sequins) The only critique I could make is they came only just in time Friday afternoon before we left for New York, which surprised me since Marco Marco is usually much quicker when it comes to shipping speed. But alas! They made it and we had a ball!

These are nice underclothes ! Though it took more than 3 weeks before I received my order. I don't know why it took so long, I live in Canada. I was wondering if could still make a return since it's been more than 21 days since the shipping date. I contacted the customer service and I was told that it was OK.

I really love the Marco Marco brand and their products. My only critique would be prompt delivery. I understand that most free shipping is standard shipping through the USPS, however, it should not have been more than a week before I had to contact their customer service to get a status update of the delivery date. Fortunately, Chris, from their customer service team was very helpful, and ensured that my order was located and sent out for delivery. I received my order almost immediately after getting in touch with customer service.
