Do not buy from this website, I placed an order 633027 on 6th March, DHL failed to deliver it to a pick-up shop twice and now the package is just sitting in their warehouse. I immediately contacted Margaret Dabbs customer service on 13 March, again on 16th March and again on 19th March via office-at-margaretdabbs.co.uk and they've done absolutely nothing to rectify the issues. They say they will reply within 48 hours, since I first contacted them I had one generic email without any name of their Customer Service representative that they would check with DHL. It's been 18 days since I palced the order. I will be filing for a chargeback with American Express and will never be buying their products again. On a different note, I recently went for a Male Pedicure on Kings Road and it was by far the worst pedicure I've ever had. She basically cut my toenails and put some products on, which made very little difference to my feet. Save your money and go somewehere else!

Items were not delivered to my home address but some alternate delivery method. I advised MD of this but have not received a resolution: no refund or delivery of products to my home address

I have tried so many other creams and moisturisers but this one beats all the others. My legs have vastly improved. They are no longer red and swollen and I can now wear shoes once again. I will now buy on a regular basis.

I have been very happy with my purchases and will be back for more….easy ordering and prompt delivery.

PRODUCT WAS A RUNNY, GRITTY GEL RATHER THAN AN EMOILLIENT TYPE CREAM WHICH WONT LAST AS LONG AND WAS HARD TO ADMINISTER (Miracle Foot Cream 100ml).

The service was very fast. The gloves are ok although the beand name washed out after a single wash!
The cream itself is not strong enough for really dry hands. I’m sorry to say but I feel it may’ve dried my hands even more…

Delivery was fast and efficient. The items were well packaged without being wasteful or excessive. This is my first time using Margaret Dabbs products, they appear to be good quality, however, it's too soon to comment on how effective they will for my dry cuticles and week nails.

I’ve only recently started using Margaret Dabbs London to strengthen my weak flimsy finger nails, it seems to help strengthen them but I know it will take time to fully bring my nails back to normal, firstly I purchased the nail strengthening nail polish, now I’ve also purchased the cuticle softener, I will buy other items once my nails are getting much stronger, I highly recommend these products.

From ordering to delivery so easy even better when offers are on.

Reasonable products; smell nice but not noticed a difference in my hands

And products that do what they promise.

Placed an order, realised I’d forgotten to add an item, contacted customer services to see if l could add the item to my order but it was days later they replied and said the order had already been sent but had they replied sooner they could easily have added the item! I refuse to pay another £4.95 postage when l had already paid that for a bottle of nail polish to be sent( which l find very expensive by the way. ) Therefore l will unfortunately not be visiting your site again.
