Her professional journey began as a personal trainer before evolving into a specialist in postnatal rehabilitation. Seeking deeper knowledge, she pursued Clinical and Remedial Sports Massage, focusing on autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and oncology care. This led her to the intricate world of Fascia and, ultimately, to Cranio-Sacral Therapy, where she discovered profound connections between the body, mind, and spirit. Margarita integrates Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, breathwork, and energy healing to help individuals restore balance and heal. Many describe her touch as transformative, but she believes she simply facilitates the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Each session is uniquely tailored, combining various techniques to address the whole person—physically, emotionally, and energetically. As a neurodivergent individual diagnosed as autistic later in life, Margarita sees her condition as a gift. Margarita's workshop on 'Understanding Our Internal Resonance and Vibration' was truly exceptional. Her ability to simplify complex concepts made everything remarkably clear and engaging. The atmosphere she fostered was welcoming and secure, allowing for open exploration and learning. I'm eager to participate in more of her workshops in the future.
Margarita’s integration of science and spirituality in explaining the invisible obstacles experienced by so many really resonated with me. Her explanation of the causes of the body/mind disconnect makes sense. We are all energetic beings however, some of us experience those energies much more intensely. I believe this is important for everyone to know.

What an amazing workshop run by Margarita on ‘Understanding Our Internal Resonance and Vibration’. It was fascinating and made a whole lot of sense because of the way Margarita broke it down and took time to get our deeper understanding. The environment created was safe and open. I will definitely be attending more of her workshops.
