Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you feel this way, but your review does not accurately reflect the nature of the service or the work completed on your case.
From the outset, I clearly explained that Amazon reinstatement services are not guaranteed, particularly in cases involving IP/misbranding and gated brands without verifiable supplier documentation, which significantly limit the chances of reinstatement across Amazon.
Despite these challenges, I carried out the agreed scope of work, including:
-Preparation and submission of a Statement of Compliance and permanent offer removal
-Structured appeal submissions through Seller Performance
-Escalations to Amazon executive and UK escalation channels
-A formal legal review request to Amazon EU (Luxembourg)
-Outreach to internal Amazon contacts to explore discretionary review
All submissions and documents were shared with you, and I remained transparent throughout the process.
Regarding your comment about “additional charges,” this relates to UK mediation, which is a completely separate formal dispute process outside the scope of standard appeal services. This step was recommended only after Amazon stopped engaging through normal channels and was clearly explained as optional before any further work would be undertaken.
At no point were you misled or pressured — you chose not to proceed further, which is entirely your decision.
I understand the frustration with Amazon’s handling of the case, but it is not accurate to suggest that the service was misleading or incomplete.
If you would like to revisit the case or proceed with mediation, I remain available to assist.
