Was a bit worried after reading the reviews but I bought a large rug on the Tuesday and by Thursday it was here! So pleased with the fast service and the rug is gorgeous.

I was weary when I read the reviews after ordering 2 giant rugs from here. But I am pleasantly surprised - I was informed of confirmation and tracking by email, delivery was super fast -3 days, rugs were packaged well, and are stunning! They are thin rugs as expected for machine washable, but lovely quality and stunning design.
Thoroughly pleased and would buy from here again.

Wish I read the reviews about this company before ordering. No response to the phone number provided. Automated response in a foreign language to emails. Absolutely shocking. Don't want your time

i ordered 2 rugs from M&D and after placing order i read the reviews, seeing so many negative of them it really made I worry 😩, but you know what I'm glad I first ordered not the other way around as I wouldn't have ordered them and that would have been a BIG MISTAKE.
I got my rugs within 3 days, looks just amazing the quality is not the best but you know what for this price is very good, 💯% I recommend them!!!

Ordering was easy. The company kept me updated an the rug arrived much quicker than expected. It looked like the picture, and I am happy with the way it looks. The quality is not amazing but for £22 I wasn't expecting a brilliant finish, but it is certainly fit for purpose. Perhaps not for a living room but for a family room with dogs in and out it is great.

Awful! Ordered over a week ago still hasn’t been dispatched. No one will help or actually tell me what is going on. So frustrating and so disappointing.

I am trying to organise a return for a rug. The support team were very helpful to begin with but the delivery / return address doesn't seem to be correct and they are now ignoring my emails, and the number on the website just rings out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible company, and the same with customer services. Chasing my order and email replies are ether in Dutch and Finnish, with .co.uk ending address after a .com address in English! Response was to contact .co.uk and a telephone number to call which is just a recorded message saying we can't help you call back again some other time !
I've been doing this back a forth for days now ! Hopefully PayPal will refund me after they have looked into this so called company! So the customer services is awful! However they have now delivered my Rug after one of their customer service assistants telling me it was out of stock and will refund me! Another email from a different person said ignore that email and it was actually on the way to delivery depot ! Received Rug and it's fab so good quality Rug, but terrible Customer service department

From ordering to delivery was faultless.
They kept me informed and my rug arrived exactly when they said it would.

It’s a lovely rug and excellent value for money.
