This is a fantastic company to deal with. They ship fast and have a large selection of parts. Half of Trustpilot's reviews are from whiners who like to complain and have no regard for small businesses.

Company selling a faulty product from another company that's trying to cut pennies

Markertek has a nice website and ordering procedure. Their free shipping is handled by one carrier providing part of the delivery process and a second one providing the other part. Unfortunately, the products I received arrived shelf-warn and dusty. The best thing that I can say about my experience in doing business with Markertek is that their prices are competitive and I received my order.

Do not buy here! I talked to a real person in length regarding a headset. At no point comparing the options for me to purchase did the sales rep ever mention ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Never during the check out online does it read: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! So I receive my $350 product after ordering from the sales rep, I opened the box and instantly knew that this application wasn't going to work for me. I hadn't had the product for more than 24 hours before I called about returning the headset. I was then informed ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all headsets due to Covid. Now it is currently May 2022 and the reason for no returns is Covid? Ridiculous....Also I was informed if I scrolled to the bottom of the website page and clicked on returns and scrolled down in the body I could find the non refundable non exchangeable policy. Now this is all legal but it's not very ethical. The sales rep should have informed me while on a 30 min call in person, all sales are final! Nope! Im out $350 with nothing more than a "Sorry about that." So just to let anyone reading this there are a lot of other dealers out there that will take returns either for credit or a refund. Also do not forget the 25% restocking fee this company has. I even told the rep on my latest phone call that somewhere one the description page of the product and in the Check Out page somewhere it should read: All sales are final on this product! Nope! Just a big fat, Sorry you made a bad choice by not reading our fine print! Terribly unethical and poor business model as these days there is a substance called disinfectant to use if product is returned unused in an open box. This company falls into the same weak category of thats just too bad and sorry we cant help you....but thank for the $350!

I'm not sure even what this place is all about other than I ran a search and the part I was looking for they had it. so I ordered, paid and recieved it in three days. and what I ordered was correct. that is 5 star service no matter where you are from. and I spent less than $20.00

Marketek has a fantastic selection. The staff is friendly and always helpful; they know their product. The company is employee owned and the service reflects that fact.
