Very well made hand bag. Premium quality material. Enough space for everyday things. Absolutely satisfied.

My crossbody bag is perfect. I'm glad I went with this one as it is big enough to carry my basic daily needs and has enough space if I decide to add a small item or two while out shopping. I couldn't be more thrilled with the quality and the functionality. The service was great too. Had some questions prior to purchasing and the response was quick and very helpful. Definitely will shop again.

Quality is good, great design and all. But if you want to either exchange or return a product, you have the pay the transport fees. That means that you have to pay back the first shipping cost (even though it says 0$ at checkout) you will end up paying 40$ of shipping cost...100% refund? not even close. I suggest you look for another brand unless you're certain that the product will fit.

Ordered a backpack online. These bags aren’t cheap, over $120 for a backpack is a lot but it seemed to be exactly what I wanted from the photos and description.
When I received the bag, it wasn’t what I was looking for - it was much bigger and boxier than I thought, and just not something I would use, although the quality was good and the design was just like the photos.
I wanted to return the bag, as I didn’t like it and wouldn’t use it. Customer service informed me that, not only do you have to pay return shipping on regular orders, but because the bag I bought was ON SALE (for still over $120!) I could not return it at all!
So now I’m stuck with an expensive bag that I don’t like that I can’t return.
Not impressed, would not buy from this company again.

Overall the experience was better but can be improved by checking the product perfectly before sending to their clients.

I recieved the bag it was smaller then expected. It has thus strange formaldehyde smell. Came from overseas. Truthfully I should have bought a samsonite bag locally a few more dollars n I could have. Overall not as happy with this purchase as I should be.

An excellent return of service.

I had to travel I needed the bag I was told they would do anything to make sure I got it on time, and that's what happened.
Then I ordered two other computer bags which had difficulty arriving on the precise date but after exchanging follow-up emails, everything went into order even if I had opted to send it quickly I am very satisfied with the follow-up and the product.

The bag is much bigger than a surface laptop, and I did search for something suitable for a surface laptop and got it as recommendation.

Amazing pack. Just the right size with a well organized compartment for anything I would want to put into it. Keeps everything dry in torrential downpours with easier access than a full on drybag.

Bag was EXACTLY what I needed for my traveling too and from work, charges my phone holds my wallet my Dre beats my water bottle, charger you name it, the perfect size and quality is great!

This is a Chinese company that is falsely advertising with “Mark Ryder Canada” name. The backpack is made in China, and significantly smaller than the pictures suggest, quality is also lower than expected for this price point.

The bag is incredible. Toughly made, interesting textures and materials, an USB charging port. I always discover new compartments and details. This would overly satisfy any customer! Quality, class.. and fast shipping!

I have not received my bag ordered Dec 15.
