Not a good brand...

Received the Kaluga, Hackleback and Paddlefish kit as a gift. Upon opening, the ice pack was completely thawed leaving caviar warm. We refrigerated the kit for a few days to be safe. All 3 jars were horrible...mushy, oily, and disgusting. The Paddlefish was extremely fishy, probably some of the worst tasting, lowest grade Caviar on the market. We didn't bother going through the hassle of return once we read the fine print, but I will ensure to relay to everyone I know who loves Caviar to stay away from this supplier.

Perfect.

I only ordered 50g of Imperial Siberian Sturgeon Caviar for a Small get together of about seven people. Caviar, blinis and creme fraiche came overnight as promised. The Caviar was very fresh. Smelled and tasted amazing. I would certainly order from Marky's again!

First time customer

My order was delivered as advertised. Packed with ice. But it came without the blinis I ordered. No problem I thought but when I contacted Markys they treated me like I was a thief. They made me give order numbers, item numbers and also make me take a screenshot of the box it came in. Then my problem was sent to there something Dept. A day later, after tant amount to calling me a ripoff artist they asked me if I would be okay with them sending them a box of free blinis. A free box that I already paid for. I told them to stick their blinis. Will never order from this sham outfit again. PS The caviar was mushy and smelled like rotten fish.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Horrible customer service and they make you fax an authorization form including your drivers license and credit card info. This is AFTER they confirmed my order. Had I not checked my email prior to leaving I would have missed it. In the end I tried their customer service 5 times and they continued to hang up and when I finally chatted with someone they didn’t speak English and figured it was a scam.

Ended up ordering elsewhere and didn’t have to fax anything lol. So ridiculous 2025 and asking me to fax something to confirm my order. Can’t make this up!!

The WORST caviar!

I usually order from a different company but decided to give it a try. I ordered some hackleback (sp), which I know is cheap but is usually OK. This stuff, though, is insanely salty and has a rotten flavor. So, I also ordered some Ossetra, which I expected would be much tastier. Imagine my surprise when I opened it and it contained the exact duplicate of the cheap crappy hasselback! It also tasted EXACTLY the same. For comparison, I also had a tin of Petrusco Ossetra caviar. It is light brown and is just slightly salty and is super delicious. We also bought some camembert and some Bleu cheese. Both of the cheeses are VERY ripe and will only be edible for another few days.

Overall, a very bad experience which has resulted in me having to trash $300 or so of crappy Marky's products. NEVER Again will I buy from them...

Wonderful store in Brooklyn! I buy red and black caviar only here. Also, pleasing is the variety of high quality delicacies from Europe at affordable prices. Friendly staff who will help you choose a product to fit every needs. Thank you for making your customers happy

world class customer service investigators

Spent over $300 to get 2 different caviar, caviar butter and 2 large mother of pearl spoons. I paid the $34 overnight shipping except it didn’t come or ship overnight, it came a day and a half later. I was excited regardless because I’ve seen it all over TikTok - good thing the day it arrived, it was in the single digits where I live. When I opens the package, I found barely cold ice packs, foam and everything I ordered except for the 2 large MOP spoons. I immediately contacted customer 24/7 webchat to tell them im missing the spoons. I sent proof via the chat and their email support team. It’s been over 48hrs of “investigating” for the 2 missing mother of pearl spoons - the cost of them together was $20… like if you’re a broke company, just say that. I could understand “investigating” if caviar was missing or came spoiled. However, for spoons, how could you not apologize and send replacements or a refund right away? I never said my caviar was missing, just the spoons which cost $20… im disappointed in the lack of customer service - honestly for something so minuscule compared to other items they sell. What a waste of time. I will be posting the unboxing video on my social media platforms and tagging them and Danielle.

I placed two orders 12/24

I placed two orders 12/24. FedEx delivered my order two days late the food was spoiled. I contacted Marky’s customer support they asked me a few questions and told me someone would contact me the next day. Someone from Marky’s contacted me and said they were sending me my orders next day air. I highly recommend this company they are amazing.!! Thank you so much!

Perishable items didn't arrive, zero customer support

Highly perishable items didn't arrive on promised date (which I stayed home all day to sign for) and arrived days later with ice packs fully melted and room temperature caviar, unsafe to eat.

Working with their customer service to fight for a refund was a truly terrible experience that lasted weeks. They do not care about the customer experience at all.

Ordered direct and never got my package

Ordered Markys from a different supplier and had a great experience, ordered direct first time experience was ok, second time it never showed up and then the carrier offered to deliver it a week later, customer service was flippant and unhelpful. I left notes to carrier leave it at the door is no one was home, and have the same notes in the carrier. Customer service at Marky’s gave incorrect information and didn’t have any urgency to resolve. Wouldn’t order from via delivery direct again.

Never git my refund for a missing item in my order

I placed an order, received my order with an item missing.
Sent 8 emails, 2 requests from the website... no answer
Called twice to talk with someone who told me she will send the message and no mews again.

Never seen this in my life. Not sure what's happening at Markys but this is not acceptale.
When u place and pay for an order , u expect receiving your items or a refund if they are out of stock.
They basically owe me money but instead of apologizing and refunding me, they are ignoring me!!!

Excellent Quality Products

Today was the second time that I have ordered Veal Sweetbreads from Marky's. For the second time they arrived fully frozen and of the quality I expected, which was exceptional.

A good friend from Miami hyped about…

A good friend from Miami hyped about the gourmet store by her house, and since then I've been ordering Belgian chocolates and Osetra caviar on their website. The only complaint is that they sold out of the chocolate Easter eggs after my purchase, but then a customer service rep contact me and replaced with the chocolate Easter bunny on time for Easter! I'll order their chocolate hearts for Mother's day.

amazing quality

Honestly, this site has all of the best gourmet products and top tear caviar at the best prices. When you search for caviar online for some reason other vendors charge you triple then Markys does, after a little bit of research we found out they are farmers and the largest distributors in USA which is why there pricing is unbeatable. Everything arrived the next morning with ice still not melted, was so fresh just made our week.
