I was visiting London over the holidays, and browsed Marli New York in Harrods. I loved a specific piece but couldn't order it at that time. Safa was beyond helpful, and always communicative. I ended up ordering it a few weeks later, and Safa truly went above and beyond to help me with all the steps with ordering and through customs.
