The programming is top notch.

Really pleased to have subscribed to Marquee TV. Bringing fantastic live theatre into my home. Living where I do a trip to the theatre is an expensive and major operation so this suits me greatly
David Harewoods Othello was worth the subscription fee alone. Also, I live alone and rarely have someone to go to theatre with so I don’t miss out having Marquee TV. I put a glass of wine and settle down to watch quality theatre without having to leave my house.

We can only take so much of what's on all the regular streaming services - most of which we subscribe to. It's a relief to know we also have a source of high quality arts content - which we turning to more and more. Watching HD video and audio broadcasts of these performances is at least as good as actually being there, and sometimes better (e.g., the ROH Magic Flute which I have seen live - from a distance.........and last night watched on Marquee).

Kia Ora from New Zealand, I love this site and am glad I found it. It does offer a wide selection of genre. I would like more theatre apart from Shakespeare, which is well provided. My other favourite is music documentaries . I do dip in to the other sections.

I loved Marquee when I first subscribed. However, I now find that there are not enough new programmes added. Also some are location locked which is disappointing. However, watchinr one programme a month it is worth the cost.

It's the best thing next to travel all over the world to enjoy so much

Good investment NEVER AN EXPENSIVE form of learning

Im in a few Months now and I really like the Selection they carry. I have seen very good Opera and Ballet for a reasonable Prize. Im just a little bit disappointed about their classical Selection being a little small but Im sure they will continue on that. The only problem I have ever had with it, was with the (really great) Recordings of the Beethoven Sonatas by Barenboim because for some reason some of them had wrong time numbers and then ran for way longer than it was written there but that‘s just a small issue. Aside fron that I‘m really happy.

Since first subscribing to Marquee TV several years ago, I've been impressed by the increased range of programmes available, noting especially the wider selection of documentaries. As a classical music fan, I welcome the addition of concerts by the Cleveland Orchestra to the roster, alongside the LSO, LPO, and Danish National. Also jazz musicians such as Diana Krall and Alicia Keys. Sound quality in all these transmissions is excellent. The visual arts are also well represented, with informative docs on Rembrandt, Van Gogh.

A go to for dance film. Offers a range of classical, modern, and performance videos. All well done.

Had problems with playing.fi ding subtitles

I'm so happy to have found this service. I'm inspired and now eager to watch more fantastic shows. Just how can I get this on my TV to view instead of netflix?

If you like theatre this is a great service. It allows you to watch shows you couldn't watch in person and otherwise you would have missed it

Great variety of shows from artistic genres. I don’t get to see live performances anymore so these films are much appreciated.

I originally subscribed to Marquee TV so I could watch the Royal Shakespeare’s production of Richard III with Arthur Hughes. Since then I have thoroughly enjoyed the choices available.

Glitchy on the tv. Only one free show to watch and try the channel. Expensive pricing too. After reading some of the negative reviews I am holding off from subscribing.

We downloaded the Marquee on my TCL smart tv BUT it rarely works despite trying every suggestion. I tried to call Marquee but just hung up on me. So I am dumping Marquee.

A superb and complete resource covering the arts.

A relative newcomer to Marquee, but so far very impressed with the wide range of shows. Indeed, more than I have time to watch.
I note those of interest on a watchlist and was recently reminded by Marquee that there were over 20 performances on my list; so I should get a wiggle on before some of them expired.
So far, a very good experience.

As a new subscriber my experience is very positive.
My main reason for joining is that satelite tv does not provide Stingray Classica anymore and Mezzo has no good HD Quality.
I watch and listen Dance, Jazz and Classical music and Opera.
My biggest wish for improvement is lossless audio.
