Change in payment date
Rung up wanting a change in payment date due to employer not paying my full wage amount. However it was too late but was advised in the best way to go about changing. Spoke to a nice gentleman. Highly recommend

10/10 - Morgan’s a star
I spoke with Morgan on the phone and she was amazing. Really helpful and done everything I needed and gave me all the information I needed. Couldn’t of asked for a better person on the other end of the phone.

I called regarding my settlement figure and the transfer was done within minutes. Masheail made it really easy and was very helpful.

I had a payment issue as I had been off…
I had a payment issue as I had been off sick and didn't receive sick pay. A very nice woman called mash helped me resolve this very good customer service thank you mash for your help.
