Great product, reasonable price, made in the UK and delivered to my door within 24hrs of hitting submit on the order.

I placed an order for two items at 12:28 on Tuesday. This was followed by excellent communication from Mars confirming my order and despatch via Royal Mail. Imagine my amazement when Royal Mail e-mailed me at 12:25 on Wednesday to tell me the order had been delivered (I was out at the time). Less than 24 hours from order to doorstep - great service all round.

I'm delighted with the quality of the two items I ordered. The Supersoft Seamless Crew neck is lightweight and not too thick to fit under a jacket or coat. The purple melange colour is subtler than it looks on the website - more of a heather? The felted merino hat is also lovely. Wool is a wonderful natural fibre with excellent thermal properties and it's great to be able to buy from a British manufacturer. I'm looking forward to wearing both items. Thank you.
