EXCELLENT WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM
We approached MA.R.S. Robotic Systems as a technical subcontractor for robot programming, PLC programming and vision system integration on an automotive line, and the experience was very positive. What impressed us most was their flexibility regarding brands: their team is familiar with different robot and controller manufacturers, which saved us from having to look for different suppliers for each technology. Whatever issue came up on site — mechanical, software or timing-related — they were consistently the ones who found the solution, not just the ones who flagged the problem. The on-site commissioning was managed punctually and without any problems in relation to the agreed start-up window, and the coordination with our project manager was always direct and frictionless. For those who, like us, must outsource technical work to an external subcontractor, reliability on the ground is what really makes the difference — and that's exactly what we found.
