The advertisement leads the consumer to believe the garment is an official KC chiefs starter jacket, upon receipt it's clear it absolutely is not an official jacket but an imitation. An imitation that was only about 12% less than the cost of the real jacket. In addition after paying an extra $20 for express delivery (5-8 days) the garment arrived 26 days later.

Paid for expedited shipping and they shipped 12 days after the order was placed. Zero communication. And now I have submitted for a return form 3 times without a single word back.

Don’t order from this company. You’ll end up paying loads of money and regret every penny.

The color of my sweatshirt is wrong and the chemical smell is terrible.

Did get my order was decent maybe not the best quality but for the price you can't complain customer service and response is a 1 out of 10. Shipping and receiving my jacket is A1 and got here pretty quick maybe 2 to 3 weeks but overall I give them a b-just because of customer service it could have been an a- but the customer service like I said it's horrible but it did come and it's a decent jacket for the price

I'd like to return the product I received and contacted the company multiple times to initiate a return per their "30 days easy return" policy. No responses after four tries via their website return form nor via customer service email. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE if you expect any sort of customer service or ability to return the product.

Hi, I ordered the "Amazing spider man Peter Parker jacket" on april 9, 2024. The jacket arrived on april 25 with ups.
The fabric of the jacket is a disaster. It is VERY thin and the inner lining seems to be a kind of plastic bag. But the worst thing is the size. I ordered Large but the jacket sleeves are so small, that I thougt, I'm in a kind of wetsuit for divers. And I'm the opposite of a bodybuilder... No problem, I thougt, on the HP they say: Change your mind? No problem. Our return process makes it easy. We offer Easy 30 days returns."... That's simply not true ...I wrote them several times, 24th of april, 25th of april ... but nobody answers. And hey, thew say: "Customer service is live 24/7" ... So please don't be as stupid as I was: Don't buy from marveljacket. Quality is very bad, nobody cares about your issues and most things they claim on the HP are simply not true.

LOVE THE JACKET!! I've been wanting to get the Goku 59 jacket for the longest, but now with the departed creator gone from this world too soon (RIP to the best who has ever done it) I felt that it would now be right time to get it. and man Marvel Jackets did it justice! the material is top notch, let alone the craftsmanship. Highly recommend it.

I ordered a Ferris Bueller jacket for my upcoming 80's cruise. I received it pretty quickly, and it is way beyond my expectation. Great quality and fit, and it looks amazing. I'm very pleased with this purchase and the price was great as well. I look forward to wearing this on the cruise and for years to come.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a sweatshirt and it was not at all what I was expecting. I immediately tried to contact the company regarding a return/refund and cannot get any response. Of course then I read the reviews and see that this place is nothing but a scam.

UPDATE: I finally received a response. After several messages to them saying I want to return the item and get a refund, they responded to ask if I wanted a refund. They said I would have to pay to return the item and if I agree, then they will send me the address. The address is in the UK. The website says easy and convenient returns which is something I always check before purchasing. But they have no phone number and no address because they are hiding the information since it will cost as much to return it as it does to purchase it in the first place. And nothing about the return is easy or convenient. Seriously I would stay far away from this Company.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: So just when I decided to try to sell the item to at least get a portion of my money back, I received an email with an address in New York to return the item to. They asked that I send them the tracking information so they could issue my refund upon receipt of the item. They also asked that I remove this review. I agreed that when I receive the refund, I will remove the review, but its an honest review of what happened. On February 23, they confirmed receipt and said they initiated a refund. They again asked that I remove this review. Today is March 4 and I still don't have the refund, and now I also don't have the item.

The customer support was next level! I wanted a custom, made to fit, order and they were very helpful. They noticed that one of my measurements might have been a bit off (the shoulders) and they waited and held my order until I corrected my measurements (took a bit of time due to an emergency I had on my end). And the jacket came within days of giving them the right measurements, and it fit like a glove! As for the jacket itself, its a perfect clone of the original. I have met other people who have had this jacket made elsewhere and every time they don't really look anything like the original. This one looks PICTURE PERFECT. Absolutely could not be happier.

Amazing people to work with, great responses and help and the quality of the Vest I ordered as well as the design was top notch. Would definitely order again!

If I could give them one star I would. This is a sham company. I ordered a jacket and paid extra for expedited delivery. Nothing ever came. I called the number numerous times. Someone finally answered and said he was not the company and that it was his personal number. Total scam!! Going to report it to my credit card company.

An absolute waste of time.DO NOT,I REPEAT,DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!Company(or just a website)gladly will take your payment but does NOT deliver what youve payed for.If youre lucky enough,youll get some type of chat person as I did.Only then they will print out a shipping label and leave your order as "processing" for weeks(business weeks)Your shipping label will become toilet paper and you know what you do with toilet paper...If its too late and youve placed an order,simply go to the company whose card youve used and initiate a claim for merchandise not received as this will fall under Part 435 (The 30 Day rule) from the FTC.DO NOT CONSENT to a delay on your order as it only delays your money coming back to you.

This company apparently sells jackets and everythingelse they list is a scam. I ordered a gazebo, they took my money and never shipped it. I am now dealing with my bank to get my money back. They are not is Texas, their phone goes unanswered and is a Florida number, and their warehouse is in the middle east India and Pakistan. Absolute scam company. How they can stay operational on the web is beyond me but I continue to try to get them shut down.

Ordered some outdoor furniture. Later observed that it was primarily a leather jacket site, and that the low ticket price was almost unbelievably low. I should’ve done a little more research. After placing the order, nothing happened for a week. Multiple attempts to contact customer service went unanswered. Nothing via email. Busy signal or no answer on the phone. I’m now in the process of disputing the charge. Buyer beware.

I received an order of very poor quality and the wrong size. I sent it back as instructed and unfortunately I haven't received a refund yet. Unfortunately, I have to say that this company are scammers and scammers.
I will also add that I have written an infinite number of emails with no response, of course. be careful

Unfortunately, the product is not as pictured, sleeves are the wrong length, the jacket isn't cropped, the fabric is the wrong color, and the trim is brown not gold.
