It is the 2nd time I have used them after the 1st time was for South Africa. Being an older solo traveller, Hayley put together a great Swiss adventure. I have just returned from the most marvellous trip. I can honestly say, from start to finish there was not one thing that disappointed me. The organisation & schedule were absolutely spot on and the experience unforgettable, all linked via train, nothing went wrong.
There is an amazing team behind the scenes making sure I had the best holiday.
Great knowledge of places to go and things to see.
I was stunned and overwhelmed by the beauty of the tour. 😁

This company are very professional ,they provide you with a very detailed plan of your holiday and really go the extra mile to ensure they make the whole thing special.We are very excited to go on our Swiss rail holiday next year .

My first time using an agent, usually I put together my own adventures being a solo traveller, but because I was heading toward a big birthday,I thought i would spoil myself.
This was also booked over a year in advance, which was great because I got to sit back with no stress or work organising it.
I will be using them again, and have already given 2 more destinations on my list to Hayley.

I had time changes to a couple of my tours, which I was updated via WhatsApp with plenty of notice.
24/7 someone can be reached via WhatsApp yes even Sunday! However I didn't need to use it, but very reassuring that someone is there just in case.

Laurie listened to all of our requests and put together a holiday itinerary which fit the bill exactly. Any questions we had were quickly answered and nothing was too much trouble for her.

While browsing the Internet looking for holiday companies that did train journeys through Switzerland I came across Marvellous escapes, and I'm so glad I did.
Initially I just wanted a quote as my holiday was going to be over a year away but after a call from Laurie I was able to plan a perfect itinerary and book it straight away.
We have just arrived back from our holiday and everything went smoothly the hotels chosen for us were spot on and we appreciated all the recommendations for restaurants from Laurie. Laurie has also been on hand throughout the year for any questions I had whether it was to do with the weather or what to wear. Having a WhatsApp chat is brilliant and knowing someone is on hand to help while you are away gives you that peace of mind.
We would definitely use Marvellous escapes again and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Hayley was terrific, explaining the details of the trip I was hoping to make and giving me time to look at the itinerary and the hotels before booking. She was better than any travel agent and knew her company's offer inside out. My holiday is booked now and I'm looking forward to it with absolute confidence.

Hayley was great. She got the holiday me and Sarah wanted. She was so patient with me and her customer service is great.

Although not involved with the initial planning of the holiday, on reviewing and discussing the itinerary with my friend, we asked if various alterations could be made, both in methods of travel and changes of dates.
Olivia was always courteous and obliging, eventually coming up with what we hope will be a great holiday.

I wanted to take my partner to Norway for her 6oth birthday to experience the Flam railway etc and made contact with Olivia Price at Marvellous Escapes.
The itinerary she came up with worked perfectly from start to finish and my partner love the trip, so much so that we will likely go again nearer Christmas when the snow will be there and I will be in contact with Olivia to arrange.

My appointed travel rep, Laurie, was professional, engaging and friendly throughout making the whole process very simple indeed. She was so very helpful in making suggestions and catering for all our needs. A truly excellent service. I would highly recommed them.

I have just come back from my third trip booked through Marvellous Escapes and I can never fault them on a single thing! Fantastic customer service from start to finish - right from initial advice on itineraries to coming home with a call to check the trip went well.

The hotels I’ve stayed in have all been amazing and despite me always travelling with a budget in mind, I’ve had some real gems.

I truly believe that if it wasn’t for the advice of Marvellous Escapes (my personal travel adviser is Laurie and she is so lovely!), I wouldn’t have seen or done half of the things that I have.

I contacted Marvellous Escapes, spoke to Haley and discussed a rough itinerary for a tour of Italy. Hayley came back Venice, Bologna, Florence, Rome, Pompeii, Naples and Sorrento. All Tours went extremely well with very knowledgeable guides. All hotels where very good and well located for train travel which I have to say was exceptional. The sites and experiences were fantastic. First none beach holiday we have taken for decades and boy will we be doing something similar next (Hayley already on it) we would of liked a bit longer in Venice, budget matters. There were a couple of changes which occured but we were informed of them straight away and to be honest they were better than planned. I'm in my seventies and found it all very easy and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Marvelous Escapes & Haley well done.

From the first phone call I knew that this company was going to offer a great service. We travelled to Norway fir the Norway in a Nutshell trip. Laurie was very attentive, and really understood what I was looking for in this trip, taking into account our preferences for the type of accommodation we were looking for. Another colleague, Paul, even managed to book the seats I requested on the rail journeys - I wanted to sit on a particular side for the best views!
I usually travel independently but on this occasion I needed support as I was travelling with a friend who required plenty of support. Having all the transport, hotels & trips booked for me meant I was free to support my friend without having the worry of booking tickets for the trains. It was great to know that, should I need any assistance, I could call any time, 24 hours a day knowing that help would be on hand .
The information pack was excellent, clearly laying out the itinerary , along with contact numbers for the hotels.
I definitely recommend Marvelous Escapes.
