How can I put this journey of a lifetime into words … from the first moment I spoke to Olivia and asked her if she could design the perfect train journey from London to Italy ‘an adventure’, there was no hesitation! This was for my partners 60th birthday and oh it was absolutely stunning! Olivia was amazing always keeping in touch, helping wherever she could, nothing was too much for her.. it was actually a surprise for my partner and Olivia had all paperwork sent to my daughters address to keep it secret. The trip was amazing, every step given on the itinerary was perfect. London Euro Star into Paris onto Zurich then into Switzerland and Chor! What a beautiful place so clean and pretty, we stayed in Hotel Stern a quaint traditional hotel with breakfast. Next morning boarded the Bernina Express train through the breathtaking Alps.. and if this trip couldn’t get any better we spent our last 3 days in one of the most prettiest places of Sirmione peninsula on Lake Garda.. wow just beautiful. Our trip went without a hitch, everything was designed for us to get to each train / place on time, We had been given a WhatsApp number if we should need to get in touch at anytime of the day (which we didn’t need). I’ve been home for a few days now and still can’t quite believe what we have done and couldn’t have done it without the professional support and help of these guys and many thanks to Olivia, Paul and Helen for making a dream come true!

Christian has made the booking process of this holiday stress free. He has put together everything I asked for within my budget. He is such a patient person. Bernina express holiday
We had a fantastic holiday, flying to Switzerland, taking the Bernina train and travelling on to stay in Italy.
All the tickets and instructions were clear and the holiday rep phoned before our trip and after to ensure any questions were answered. She couldn’t have been more helpful.
The train journey was amazing. The hotels were both in good locations and had all the amenities we wanted. We will definitely book with this company again.

A travel company that really cares!
An excellent trip curated by the fabulous team at Marvellous Escapes. I gave the brief and the team delivered a first class holiday with hotels that were all great but different in the experience they offered.
We had an issue whilst we were away, nothing to do with Marvellous Escapes, and with one message to them they offered support and assistance. Nothing was too much trouble and the team went above and beyond.

9 day Swiss rail holiday.
We've just returned from a wonderful rail holiday in Switzerland (Zurich, St Moritz, Zermatt and Interlaken). Danielle initially booked the itinerary for us to perfection. The whole team are so friendly and gave their own personal advice which was really helpful.
Everything went smoothly from the hotel bookings to the Swiss Travel Pass and any extra required rail passes.
Necessary seat reservations on the Bernina Express and the Glacier Express were also booked for us.
We'll have these wonderful memories forever thanks to Marvellous Escapes.

Olivias perfectly planned Andalusian tour.
Olivia looked after us brilliantly, turning our Andalusian holiday dream, into reality, from initial ideas, she advised and planned trains, planes, transfers to fabulous friendly hotels.
Flying into Malaga then on to Ronda, Granada, Seville, Córdoba and finally flying home from Madrid.
In each City we sampled the delicious local cuisine and ambled around these historic cities, taking in the beauty of each, travelling by rail through the Spanish countryside and mountains admiring the spectacular scenery and wildlife. It truly was a holiday to remember.

Service is second to none
Our trip is being looked after by Laurie who listened to what we wanted and has created an amazing trip gor us. The itineraries are totally flexible and we've gone a bit "off-piste" but it's been no trouble for them. After a trip of a lifetime organised so beautifully by Laurie last Easter meant it was an easy decision to return to her for our next adventure. We are not disappointed she has built on what she has learnt about us to craft our next trip just as we like it. Above and Beyond Service
The company went above and beyond to make sure we had all our paperwork and that the trip ran smoothly. Contact with the company was superb both before and during the trip. I could always get hold of someone to ask a question of.
Booking process was with a person over the phone so not just a form, therefore we got just what we wanted.
