Horrible customer service. My dresses have not been even shipped yet.
They have very poor customer service with negative satisfaction rate. They haven’t been able to provide me a time frame for the order dilivery. I would not recommend anyone ordering from Maryam and Maria again. I need my refund. They have horrible policies. The order cannot be refunded. For several reasons my refund request is justified.
1- the order has not been dispatched yet
2- I don’t want the dresses now.
3- they have a poor customer service I don’t want to deal with them.

I wanna know if you guys provide inner wear with the suit or no cause I live in Australia and there is no way I can get an inner wear for wearing inside the suit. I have checked the app and description there is no such a thing mentioned and I wanna be clear before ordering. Please respond thank you.

I ordered 5 suits and I must say the pics on their page and original item differs a lot. The Jamawar trouser I received with embroided shirt was poorly stitched and the stitches came out after one time use. I am not impressed by their stitching quality, why a need of slip when we are already paying a handsome amount. The cloth material is low quality. Disappointed after shopping from them.

My girlfriend ordered a Kurta from this store on 27th February, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Delivery was supposed to take 10–12 days, but it arrived after almost 4 weeks. We were also unexpectedly charged $27 in customs, despite the website saying there would be no extra charges.

To make things worse, the Kurta arrived incomplete — only pieces instead of the full outfit. It was meant for Eid, and now we’re left with nothing to wear.

Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

I ordered an outfit from Maryum and Maria which I decided to cancel within the hour of ordering to which I sent an email requesting to cancel the order. I didn't receive any reply as I contacted them via WhatsApp, via direct message from their website and email. So the next day I sent them another message stating for confirmation of the cancellation but shortly after I received an email stating my order had been despatched. I contacted them straight away and was told they can't cancel as the order had been despatched, I explained that I requested to cancel the order within an hour of ordering but I kept receiving the same repetitive answer that my order can not be cancelled. I felt very let down by them as a loyal customer who has always given them business and lots of my money hadn't been listened to as the mistake was on their side. They then sent me a message stating they can give me a store credit which I excepted but then the next day they sent a message stating my order had been shipped to which I replied that I was expecting a store credit but they replied sorry we can't do that. By this point I was actually done with this nonsense. So I left it and decided to do my review instead so people would know my experience with the customer service side. However on a positive note I received my order today and it's just like the picture, quality is good.

Allhamdhullia I am very happy with my recent two orders. The quality of the dresses is very good, shipping came in early and the worker was very well communicated with regarding concerns. Just placed my third order with them. Thank you team M and M.

I am the biggest fan of Maryam & Maria. It is my favorite brand. The most amazing thing about their outfits is the stitching, which many brands fail to deliver these days. Their stitching is truly excellent, and the embroidery is very fine and elegant, adding a graceful touch to the dresses.
I would also like to give a sincere suggestion: please add pure dupattas more frequently with lawn outfits, as this combination enhances the overall beauty of the attire even more.

Poor customer service, ordered in pakistan to avoid tax charges which did not show in my total but taken out more money like a lot of money claiming its tax, rip off company just to make money. Companies like these in pak is reason why pakistan is corrupt!

I placed an order with Maryum, and it has been over two months with no delivery.

The main issues:

No valid or clear tracking number was ever provided
Customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive
When I requested at least a refund, they kept delaying and making excuses
They do not even seem to know where the shipment is, and no real solution was offered

I paid the full amount and received neither the order nor a refund, which is completely unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this website.

I ordered a 3-piece dress, but initially received only a 2-piece outfit without the dupatta, even though the dupatta was part of my order and was available with them. Instead of simply sending the missing dupatta, they kept offering me an exchange with another dress of the same price, which I did not want because I genuinely liked the dress I originally bought.
I had to email them continuously for 5 drequesting the dupatta. After multiple follow-ups, they finally sent it, which I appreciate. However, the unnecessary delay and push for an exchange instead of correcting the mistake made the experience frustrating.
The dress itself is nice, but the customer service and order handling need improvement. I hope the brand becomes more efficient in resolving such issues in the future.7

I have a good experience with company. I ordered one outfit which Cameout in three different colors then I emailed them and they replied me fast .I bought some dresses from outlet which is good .I like to buy from mnm. Costumer service is good.

They were very kind enough to help me with replacement and exchange they are so awesome good customer service

Please send the one that has been ordered not some other. And have the morality of a return and refund if you had not meet the requirement.

I ordered a very nice outfit but I got a very different dress totally change of colour and looks very cheap, no refund or exchange.

Very bad customer service. I placed the order and after a month, I’m checking the status of my order they tell me that address is incorrect! I check my order form it’s a correct address. Anway my question is why you guys haven’t reached out to me about this issue? When I try to inquire, they said they will deliver it ASAP. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard anything about it. Order number is 109836
At this point if you can’t resolve this issue, I would like the full refund, please.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE BEFORE READING THIS. I bought a suit from this store online paid extra delivery charges to have it delivered to Spain, only to be contacted by the courier wanting an additional €70. The suit cost €80 I paid an additional €30 for delivery. So the total cost of delivery and customs is higher than the cost of the suit? Although they state on their website they DO NOT state explicitly what the charges will be. I ordered another suit from Laam there were no custom charges so why does this company charge? I WILL NOT pay any additional fees. Take your suit and as you have stated you will not give me a refund. I pray Allah SWT exposes your scam of a business and you go out of business.
