Experience was great. Reached out to Masha about my order & she was readily available to assist! Customer service at its finest. I’d definitely buy my daughter a purse from Masha again!

Resposta da Masha Hasel
Hi Peggy. Hope this finds you well and Happy Holidays. Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you are unhappy with your experience with Masha Hasel. Because December is such a busy season for us, there may have been some confusion around your order, which explains why a tracking number was sent to you before the order was cancelled. When orders get cancelled, customers receive emails notifying them of the cancellation and explaining why it was cancelled, followed by an email confirming the refund of the order. If you did not receive such an email we are very sorry. It may have ended up in your spam folder. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Best. Masha Hasel team.
Poor quality
Poor quality. Smaller than I thought. Color online isn’t accurate. Shipping took so much longer than expected

Resposta da Masha Hasel
Hi Kaitlyn. Hope this finds you well and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are disappointed in your order. We are currently operating at reduced capacity due to COVID-19 safety restrictions. Furthermore, due to the Holidays, carriers are extremely busy. This may results in shipping delays, explaining why delivery took longer than expected. Our website indicates dimensions for all our products to get customers an idea of how big bags are. Again, apologies for the inconvenience and Happy Holidays. Best. Masha Hasel team.

I ordered a beautiful mint green handbag and it was gorgeous. Great value for money, a striking colour, and as a vegetarian who is cruelty free, I love having a stylish bag that uses vegan leather. It is so versatile and I can pair it with an array of my rainbow outfits. Would definitely reccomend, as I would buy from Masha Hasel again.
