I was worried about buying following thr reviews. But i was very happy. Delivery took 5 working days. I received a tracking number and with genuine products. Would use again.

Rubbish! Ordered holika Holika spf cream that turned out to be a cheap dupe with terrible ingredients nothing like the original. More over just a month till it expires... I've spent £24 for one cream! No way of contacting them emails bounce back. Do not recommend.

I used to love this company but they have switched to using Evri. Evri parcel missing Evri parcel late. Well, it's been lost "delayed" since July 12. After finally managing to get a human (you have to email the CEO!) they advised it was lost. Well. They told MASKHOUSE it isn't and to keep waiting... so they won't issue a refund. Of the order I've been waiting nearly a month for.

If they do refund, they say, it'll be less the postage cost of £3.95. I didn't pay postage on the order so they want me to... give them £4 because Evri can't do their jobs? Get a clue. MH have a contract with Evri - they can and should reclaim it from them. It is not on the customer to pay for courier mistakes.

Wont resend with anyone else without me paying an additional £8. Again - get a clue????? After all this hassle the LEAST you could do is send it with someone capable of delivering free of charge, don't you think?

"It's expensive we can't afford it". Wrong. If you sent it your income less postage would be £24. Since you're not, and will have to refund everything, your income is £0. I might be wrong, but I think 24 is a bigger number than 0.

Don't shop here if you want to get your order in a reasonable amount of time, and intact. If you're sensible you won't shop with anyone who insists on using Evri (formerly Hermes). It's not worth it and companies who use this service care more about saving a few pennies than keeping customers, so not places you'd want to shop anyway.

Great range of Korean beauty products at reduced prices. Very easy to navigate the site and my order once again came quickly and well packaged and Mask House were kind enough to put some freebies in again which I really appreciated. I can’t praise this company highly enough.

Love this company, ordered from there twice and delivery has been very quick both times. Customer service is easy to reach with any questions and they’ve added freebies which always makes my day! Most affordable and reliable company. :)

Always enjoy receiving my orders from MaskHouse - unboxing always feels like a real treat. They have a good selection and you can pick up some real bargains from the outlet section - can’t resist picking up a few extra bits when it’s such good value.

Everything has always arrived promptly, packed safely, and there’s always an exciting sample or freebie. It’s always fun to find out what little extra treat you get when you order with MaskHouse (usually a free mask at minimum, and sometimes more!) . They often have some really great deals on as well, and the points reward system is very generous - it’s worth signing up for an account if you make multiple orders. Worth mentioning I’ve made some big orders before with lots of items, and every single item down to the last mask has been included, never had any items missed, which is really impressive!

Overall, I’d really recommend Mask House if you’re looking for a K beauty/skincare stockist in the UK - great selection, quick and well packed deliveries, excellent offers, and always some little extra products or samples in each order that keep me coming back!

First of all it's THE ONLY K-Beauty website that has a physical location too, which is quite surprising!! I got some great finds from Mask house, that I couldn't find in any of the other K-Beauty store in the UK. Decent prices and fast delivery. I always get a £10 voucher together with free samples, with my order which is grreat! Only downside is that they don't list the ingredients on all of their products on the website, so it takes longer for me to select, since I have to search on google for the ingredients lists. All in all brilliant shop and definitely recommend.

Very overpriced compared to other kbeauty sites. Constantly boasts about their amazing deals but all the items in the sale are always expired so what's the point? Research has been done to show that expired products can do more damage than good to your skin so why they sell them i honestly don't know.

Fantastic website, I've been getting into Korean beauty recently and they have a great selection. Really fast delivery too and everything came as ordered. Definitely going to buy from them again!

Due to increased demand Mask Hut were using additional delivery services, and the one delivering my order proved problematic. However, Mask Hut’s customer service was the best I have ever had. They answered queries promptly and dealt with the issue in a timely and extremely courteous manner. I cannot fault them

First order and everything went well. Products exactly as advertised, fast shipping! Would be great if there are cheaper shipping methods. Apart from that: definitely a shopping experience that's worth it!
