Misleading website - be careful when ordering
On the companies website, it sadi the items were in stock, only to find out that they need to be manufactured. Whilst the items are fine, the web site was a little bit misleading resulting in me having to chase a month after order.
Having seen the reply I get what they are saying, I just wish I could upload a photo as the item still says”In Stock” - perhaps if it said “Made to order” it would be a bit clearer

Thank you for the feedback Darren. having looked into the order I note that a provincial apron badge and collar jewel was ordered. We do highlight in bold on all Provincial regalia products that they are manufactured to order taking upto 20 working days as its impossible for any supplier to hold ready stock of the many variations. Maybe you overlooked this on making purchase. Order was placed 26th Sept and shipped 14th Oct, pleased that production managed to deliver within the timeframe for you.
