belt too short, extender way too long

It took a month for my delivery to arrive. No apology!

Arrived on time in good

Easy to Order, and the order arrived very quickly. The items are of first rate quality.

Great service on ordering and delivery! Super easy and quick!
Fastener on the collaret fell off the first time I tried to put it on, so couldn't wear it! Too much hassle sending it back so fixed myself with an alternative type fastener.

Great experience

Great quality product and arrived very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and a good quality of regalia provided at an acceptable price.
An easy web site to navigate and a good choice of regalia in all of the Masonic Orders!
I have used them and will I suspect may well use them again.

Good price arrived on the day agreed

Very helpful

Got exactly what I ordered quick delivery great service

My order included a ritual book which was not delivered with rest of the order. An attempt was made to contact the retailer and a message was left on an answerphone. There has been no attempt to contact me to rectify the situation and I have paid for an item that has not been delivered. I will never use this retailer again and advise all Brethren to keep clear of it.

Quality and great delivery speed. Thank you.

great company to deal with

Good quality, easy to order and efficient service.

I was worried about buying the wrong size for my KT Regalia, but the sizing guide is spot on and everything fits really well.
The delivery was equally satisfactory, with every item delivered in a single box; apart from the sword which naturally came seperate.
Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would happily shop again.

A high quality item that arrived much quicker than I expected.

Great service

You are all doing very well, would recommend you to any one needing regalia.
